The definition of a scam. They operate off of Vietnam. PayPal is not doing anything about it. And they denied my claim. I removed my card off of PayPal and don't intend on using it anymore. Their fakne products were listed in Google shopping and that makes it look like they are legit. It seems again that the algorithm failed us. I am lucky I lost only 35 dollars. I am sure others have lost more. Be careful and don't repeat my mistake.

DOOOOOOOO NOTTTTTT order from this company or website. IT IS A SCAM and you will have a difficult time trying to get your refund from PAY PAL. Please let ALL your friends and family know about this company and website. I have researched them and they have taken millions, and I mean millions just this year alone offering products at a low price but with the intention of never shipping anything out to anyone. I have been a victim and spent a few hundreds on products for Christmas gifts for children and family and have not received a single merchandise. Again, stay away from this website.

The tracking number I received was not even from this outfit. UPS verified this, but PayPal has continually refused to refund my money and has continued to do business with this crook. The next step will be to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Wish I could give it 0. Order toy for grandson tracking # showed it was delivered only i didn’t receive it. UPS said it was delivered to different address but wouldn’t give to me because of security reasons.

I ordered before I checked this fraud website! I’m amazed PayPal still allows it’s services to this fraudulent business! Filed a claim and will see what happens. It’s strange that the UPS tracking seems legit yet the package never shows up.

ordered a scooter for my granddaughter form jerseyeasy.com and got a UPS tracking number. Item never delivered, but the used tracking number was for a woman in my city , not near where I live and the weight of the shipment was 3,8 lbs vs. 39 lbs. notified UPS opened a claim , and paypal as well. have had ZERO help from paypal. still waiting to hear from the :scammer"...uggghhhh ...found out it was a scam operation form Viet Nam....come on paypal I want buyer protection !!!

Alert Scam : Stay far far away from them as possible, Was waiting on my product as per ups it got delivered and was left outside my door, when tried contacting customer service number of jersey easy is only 9 digit. When contacted ups -it says the tracking id is correct however the street address does not match my actual shipping address. Had to open a dispute. Let see what happens. F scammers

I purchased an item on the 29th and noticed it did look spammy (the site) so I tried to contact them to cancel my order. Their supportATjerseyeasyDOTcom email address comes back as failed and their contact us form on the site does not work. I found this review site and immediately opened a case with PayPal letting them know that it's apparently a trend and that I may have fallen prey.

Well, pham thanh hoa updated the PayPal case immediately with a tracking number to my city but that's all it says. The tracking info via UPS says delivered to a woman today but I was at work at the time of delivery and no one was home. The item I purchased was over ten pounds (ordered a Radio Flyer tricycle for my 5-year-old nephew) and the tracking info said it was just barely three pounds. I checked on Amazon and Walmart, the item is over ten pounds as well. I just got off the phone with UPS and they opened an investigation after confirming my shipping address. They told me that the package was delivered to a random address in the same state but nowhere near similar to my address. According to previous reviews someone at UPS or PayPal knows that pham thanh hoa will ship to a nearby address then will have it re-route to themselves while still keeping our money. I have to call PayPal but they are only open from 6-6 PST so I will update tomorrow, hopefully. I hope whoever is reading this hasn't ordered anything yet. Please don't fall into this mess!!

*Update: It took two hours but I finally got PayPal on the phone. Long story short, he kept throwing customer support scripts at me and wouldn't act like I was a human... but did tell me to email them proof. So we will see :-(

*12/24/2019 Update: After sending PayPal tons of evidence they decided to give Jersey Easy three days to respond. The email said three days but they gave them a week and after a week of silence they issued me a refund. I'm pretty PO that the only reason I got it was from no response.... Not the actual evidence of them cheating me and the fact that it's happening to all of you as well.

I hope these people get what they deserve for putting peoples hopes high!The same happened to me and was scammed 62.52! Anyways I guess they need it more then me for actually robbing a single mother of 6 kids!

Same thing happened to me too. All my little girl wanted for Christmas was the my life as Jo Jo siwa and now been scammed out of it. Very upset and frustrated ☹️😞

Another victim. Ordered LEGO set & was given UPS tracking #. It said it was delivered to a “dock” in my city. I saw previous reviews and have filed claim with PayPal. We’ll see if $ is returned or not.

OMG SCAM!!! Same as everyone else!!!

Purchased a product and found out it was shipped to a local company that promptly sent it back. Learned from PayPal that this is their scam - they get your money and the item. Have PayPal check personally with UPS, etc and see where it actually was sent ( which I can tell you will be your zip code, but won't be your address). It took time to get through to a real person at PayPal ( initial dispute was not in my favor), but they were great and I got my money back.

DO NOT USE this company. They are scamming people and they will send you a fake tracking #. Then you have to file a dispute with Paypal and use your time on these jerks. When i saw that my payment was made to Mr. Dam Tho Houng that should have been my warning sign. Now my granddaughter will not be getting her doll for Christmas. If I could get them the middle finger instead of one star that would be more accurate!!!

I ordered a LOL doll and I actually received the package but it was a 3 dollar towel . I opened a dispute with PayPal and he wanted me to send it back to Taiwan. I called PayPal and explained what happened and they gave me money back right then . She said if you file a claim most are done by computers so to call them or it may get denied

If you search for receiver on Google "DINH HOANG HIEP" you will see that this people just keep changing websites and doing the same thing. Tracking number is NOT fake, it's just being delivered not to you and to HomeDepot or similar in your city, so on tracking will be shown that it was delivered to your city and hence difficulty in disputing. I got actual delivery information from UPS and it was targeted to Homedepot at my city. Paypal already suspended this user so they shall not be able to receive any more transactions. Open case with Paypal and they shall return your money.
