I ordered a toy for Christmas and got an email with confirmation saying that the item would be shipped within 5-7 days. I tried contacting them and found that the website never lets you post the message and the phone number is missing a digit . I checked the reviews on google and then called PayPal . Even before these scamsters could send me a false tracking number , I reached out to PayPal and they refunded me the amount

Jerseyeasy website is complete SCAM. I ordered LEGO set from them,got conformation right away, paid with PayPal and got nothing at all. It's very sophisticated scam. After receiving conformation which stated that order will be send in 5-7 business days you're realized that you got nothing, emails, address , phone number , UPS tracking number are not legit. PayPal is absolutely useless, they denied your case based on UPS tracking number provided by Jerseyeasy but that number has nothing to do with your order ( shipping day, person signed , weight of the package, etc. - everything false. Website continued to operate despite all terrible reviews Stay away and let all you know - JERSEYEASY is a SCAM

I got scammed. Wish i fact checked this website. My package never came. False customer service email address. Now I have to go to PayPal to try to retract my payment.
Update: Paypal initially denied a refund. I had to contact UPS and give them the phony tracking number this seller gave me. It was tracking number to our local high school delivery dock. Luckily someone from UPS was familiar with this happening and 30 minutes later they sent an email showing it was a false tracking number and I forwarded this to paypal and THEN they reimbursed me.

This is the SCAM site, i wish i can give them negative stars for review. I got the same situation like the others after i ordered the Xbox controller from this site, I paid my order with Paypal, received the tracking number from Paypal that showed the item got delivered but i have never received the package. I disputed with Paypal and got denied after 10 days of waiting because the tracking number showed the item got delivered.

I disputed with our Credit Card company (AMEX) to get the money back after 15 minutes. You should not bother to dispute with Paypal because they are helpless, just go directly to your CC company to get help. AMEX was very helpful in my case, thanks their customer service prep (Teresa), she was so nice and helpful.

This company is below bad. Ordered two wagons for Christmas gifts. Payment processed immediately through PayPal. Never received anything from them but PayPal sent email with tracking #. Shows wagons were delivered two days after shipping when website said takes 5-7 days to be shipped. I'm disputing my charge with PayPal. Thankfully, I didn't link the payment to my bank account.
Any suggestions on best steps to take to get money back.

SCAM. Same as everyone else. Never got what I ordered. Stay away!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE! - i'm also a victim from this scammers. they are stealing UPS tracking numbers from real company's which are shipping their stuff to a different address at the SAME Zip code! so thats makes harder to make a claim or even dispute the charge because it shows "Delivered". even the weight info.on the tracking# was not matching at all. i contacted PayPal they should be aware on all of this and cut off their relation with this scammers

My situation isn’t different from all of you. I have disputed with PayPal since they denied my claim on 12/20 after I patiently waited for 10 days hopefully PayPal would investigate. Let me tell you this. They are not doing anything at all. All they do is sitting there and requesting us to do our own investigations by reporting issue to cop, credit card company, UPS or the shipment companies for a proof of delivery and of course we don’t have it because we have never received the packages.
I feel your pains, angers, frustration and all. Do not waste your time trying to fight with PayPal agent or manager because they are helpless. I spent two days just trying them to help but they didn’t.
I think we all should blame on PayPal because with a such big reputation company they are gaining our trust and directly help the Jerseyeasy scammer making all the profit and they happily collecting the commissions but doing nothing when we ask for help.
PayPal should have Verifyied the seller and determined whether the seller is an actual company. Because all of us thought we would be protected by PayPal so didn’t think twice prior clicking on that orders.
One person speak no one care but if all of us speak up then it will bring attentions.
Please take a few minutes put up a dispute and send it to the PayPal VP to Ellie Diaz. Her email is Ediaz at PayPal dot com, and be sure to include your claims or case ID. I just sent it to her yesterday and hopefully she will look into it when she returns.
My next plan is if I do not hear any response from her by 1/10 I will forward everything to all PayPal executives. You can google their names.

PayPal has successfully refunded my claim. Don’t give up people. Let PayPal VP to hear our voices so they better investigate to catch this scammers and lock them up.

Like many others I placed an order for a very hard to find item at a good price, got charged immediately through PayPal, and never got anything despite the posting of a legit looking UPS tracking number a week later. Since I paid via PayPal linked to my Amex, I have asked Amex to open an investigation to see if that leads to better results than others that started with PayPal.

Note: The PayPal ID that my money was sent to did not even look like a corporate ID, more like a personal ID. And the UPS tracking number was provided through PayPal three days AFTER the delivery supposedly occurred, so I suspect it was actually a delivery to the same zip code, but not actually MY delivery.

Just like everyone else, got a tracking number for a package I never received. PayPal does not seem to care. Thankfully I was able to get item from another source and pay extra for shipping. I just thank of children not getting their presents and how low you have to be to do this. They will get what they deserve, maybe a lot of jail time!

This company is a scam they send out spoofed ups tracking numbers, the package is not sent to you or from them but a package gets delivered to someone and from another shipper so Paypal says a package was delivered and refuses your resolution and lets them get away with this, I should have checked this out first and I would have found this to be a fraud and Paypal helps to perpetuate it.

UPDATE: I actually got refunded through PayPal. I had to formally dispute the charge through their website and sent them everything I could -- screenshot of the order showing it wouldn't ship for 5 days, with didn't jibe with it arriving two days later, and the delivery receipt that showed someone unknown had signed for it at an office. I also called UPS and they confirmed that the delivery was not made at my address, and I made sure PayPal knew that. It took almost 2 weeks to get the refund, but it happened. DON'T GIVE UP!

I should have known something was fishy when they were the only ones who had a product that was sold out everywhere else. A month after ordering, the website still said my order was "pending". I checked Paypal just to find that the product had supposedly been delivered two days after I ordered it, accepted by someone I'd never heard of at an office, though the address was residental. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! The name that appeared on the PayPal record was DINH HOANG HIEP. I hope these people are caught SOON.

There is no contact info and no valid telephone number. I will be disputing with pay pal. IT stated that my funds were paid to a man name Vana Lagette, I will keep investigating and report you guys to the proper authorities. You will get caught!!!! A disgrace yall are stealing people hard earned money, God will get yall

Horrible Scam Online Store. Ordered a bike for my son for Christmas over a week and a half ago. The UPS tracking number was linked to a different person and said the bike was delivered. Customer service hasn’t responded to three emails over four days! Beware!

Hi I just notice when I sent a email to jersyeasy.com they have change the name of the site angleshopi so beware of this fraudulent site the only thing is they changed the name to get your money you will never receive any products from them just a tracking number from an already shipped item that isn't coming to you. I recently bought the singing audrey doll for my daughter and I got a fake tracking number telling me the product was shipped before I even ordered it from them so stay away or do your research on these over the night pop up sites that seem to real to be true and promise the product that you know is hard to find in all the regular merchant's I.E Walmart,Kmart, Etc. So stay away from angleshopi

Zero stars for this scam. Like everyone else, ordered, got tracking number, says it was delivered to the front desk of my house, huh? No item. My credit card reversed the charges. This place needs to be put out of business and people need to go to prison.
