Eva was absolutely brilliant

Eva was absolutely brilliant. Took so much time to help me make the best decision I could. Jessops has fallen off a bit as a brand, but the Oxford Street store couldnt be better!!

Excellent service

Firstly Jessops was recommended to me by a friend who is a professional photographer. I ordered a camera in the afternoon of the 14th January. It was delivered at 9.30am the following day. Exceptional service.

Solid all-around experience

Good trade-in offer, I opted for personal drop off at one of the stores (London Oxford St.), from where my gear was transfered tonthe trade-in department. They are a bit busy at the time, but the communication was good and the outcome positive.

Ordering was ok and price competitive. delivery was ok and communication have been good. Disappointed item out of stock maybe or missing as not clear on the invoice.

Unexpected Delays to delivery

I recently purchased a camera lens and camera body on line. The latter was used and the lens new. Both were delivered in excellent condition.
However the camera body took six days to arrive and I have been delaying my review until it did. I called Customer Services when only the lens initially arrived and was told the packages came from different locations. This might be given more prominence in the order documentation. However the main delay in delivering the camera body derived from the Courier who suffered from "unexpected delays".

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish. I had camera gear that I wanted to exchange for a new camera. I got various quotes from other businesses but Jessops's quote was by far the best. I turned up to their shop, and in 30minutes I had my quote presented to me. Unlike other businesses who wanted my equipment sent to them by post for an evaluation. The team at the shop was very knowladgable and very friendly. I came out of the shop with a happy experience.

We ordered in store. Max was very helpful & friendly. He was very knowledgeable about your products. It took 11 days before it was delivered. Not sure if that was Jessops or delivery firm.
