Steer clear of Jet The World!

Steer clear of Jet The World. I am a broker and have been in this industry many years, never have I experienced such unprofessionalism from an operator. They ended up stranding one of my clients in Houston and it was an overall disaster. Very poor communication and an overall terrible experience. On top of everything they took multiple days to refund the money. Save your money and headaches, avoid this company!

First time flyer

First time flyer! I had no clue flying Private was this smooth. We arrived to the airport and didn’t have to go through security or wait in any long lines. We literally got out of the car and onto the airplane! Pilots were rockstars! So nice! The flight was great and the experience was amazing! Can’t wait to do it again! Thank you Steve Marthone and Jet The World pilots for making our golf trip so memorable.

Avoid JetTheWorld.com

Last June I made the mistake of traveling to Antigua with JetTheWorld.com. I experienced arbitrary airplane and tail number changes, substandard unclean airplane and worst of all they stranded me and my disabled wife in Antigua.
We chose to fly private because my wife is disabled and we wanted a smooth, bespoke experience. Steve Marthone, the slick salesperson, booked our plane, a Citation X. Then a few days before the flight downgraded us to an older plane (Hawker XP 800). The plane's panels and veneers were peeling and the bathroom wouldn't close. He did this whilst laughably claiming that the Hawker was an upgrade. We asked for breakfast pastries and fruit for the outbound flight. We got some day old that appeared to have been sitting for a very long time. What a mess.

The worst part, as I mentioned, was that JetTheWorld stranded us in Antigua.
The claim was that there was NO plane on earth that could come get us for the price that we agreed upon because of a sudden mechanical issue with the substandard Hawker 800 XP. So, according to slick Steve, they could only fly us home if we agreed to pay them more. Not wanting to succumb to JetTheWorld's bait and switch tactic, we flew commercial.

Needless to say I will NEVER us this despicable firm again.I recommend you do the same.
