In my search for a taxi from Eastbourne…
In my search for a taxi from Eastbourne to Gatwick, I turned to Google for assistance. Unfortunately, the numbers I dialed were either engaged, quoted exorbitant prices, or went unanswered. Fortunately, my quest led me to Jewel Cars Gatwick Airport taxi Service. Not only did they provide a fantastic price, but the driver was also enthusiastic, friendly, and engaged in pleasant conversation during the journey. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. I'm optimistic that when I require their services again from Eastbourne, I will encounter the same reasonable pricing and excellent service.

Punctual and comfortable
We booked with Jewel Cars Gatwick five days in advance through Minicabit. On the morning of our journey, we got a notification our driver had been assigned, his name, the make and licence plate of his car – useful information if the pick-up point had been in a busy area. Since we were being picked up in the middle of Canterbury, finding our cab was not a problem.
At the appointed pick-up time, on the dot, we received a phone call from the nice driver telling us he was ready, and our 1h15m journey to Gatwick from there was comfortable, in a clean, spacious and quiet car, the driver also driving rather efficiently and arriving even before the stipulated time.
If we ever find ourselves in need of a minicab again and Jewel Cars is the best option available, we won't hesitate to use them again.

Avoid at all costs
We booked them 10 days before we needed to travel to London. They took the booking and confirmed it and took the money. They then cancelled 48 hours before with list of possible reasons none of which applied. Guess they had a better offer. Can only say do not use as we will never contact them again.They did refund the money but we had no time to rebook

Our family had a very good experience using this company. The owner, drove us himself. Arrived on time, fast ride to the airport. Definitely going to use them again in the future and I would highly recommend them! Highly recommended Jewel Cars Gatwick.
