I ordered two pairs of huggie earrings that were also priced individually should you wish to purchase just the one earring. I'm afraid for me, neither option would have been good value for money but of course this is a matter of personal opinion.

The earrings were smaller than expected and not as sturdy as I thought they would be which is a shame. The way in which it was designed was also a little unusual in that the very thin part you would insert into your ear was missing or nonexistent. I was later sent a video tutorial on how you should put them in but I just could not see how they would stay in and not cause irritation of some sort. It all seemed a bit too much for me so I decided to return them anyway.

They can be a bit slow in terms of response time but if unhappy and you have a genuine reason why you would like to return an item, just be persistent and be sure to avoid wearing the item if possible. Take pictures of the item, keep any emails and screenshot the product page for reference if necessary. Also make sure you return the item in a way that you have proof and can track the return (not necessarily the most expensive method).

I know this can be a headache to do but if you are a legitimate and honest customer then a legitimate and honest company should respond accordingly.

Beware of the advertising at Jewellery Hut. The rings are not 14K they just have a 14K finish( hidden in the small print) and they tarnish within weeks. The customer service is also poor- they have failed to respond to my complaint or request to return the items

I ordered a couple of times from here now, really impressed with the level of service, beautiful pieces too.

Poor. Ordered two pairs of earings for twin sisters..pair each. I ordered a gift box x 1 to put them both in. So it would be one gift box purchased in order to pop the the two sets of earings into..expecting each pair to have its own tiny box.
They arrived both wrapped in a bit of rolled over gold looking paper , one crumpled in a shabby small black box. That was it. There was a paper like bag to put the little shabby box in containing two sets of earings wrapped in shabby gold paper. They were expensive earings. Quite disgusted. Wont buy again from this cost cutting company.

I purchsed gold hoop earings for my granddaughter's birthday on the 5/10/25, I paid extra for Royal Mail tracked delivery . It says 1 day delivery. The item has still not arrived. I tried to contact them yesterday but their website is completely opaque and no phone number available. I emailed and have not had the courtesy of a reply. On that score alone i would not use this company again

I made an order on 11th September 2025 and was told it be delivered by 3 working days it’s now been 12 days and have not received my order and have emailed twice no response I’m going to try get money back through bank will never use again

The ends are not refined and hurt when trying to put them on. It looks like a random ring of a necklace used as earring.
Would love to return it,please.

Recently brought a pair of earrings and 14k gold necklace earrings ok but every time I wear the necklace sends my neck black rubbish would not buy off jewellery hut again and wouldn't recommend to friends or family.

I bought a matching gold paperclip link necklace and bracelet for my daughter which wasn't cheap. I was so disappointed when it arrived it was so flimsy and tacky. They looked so cheap like costume jewellery and was much smaller than the pictures. Lesson learnt to buy from a shop.

Horrible product. I got the personalised ring that tarnished so quick. When contacted customer care within 30 days where not helpful at all. I bought 2 rings and complete waste of money. Save ur money rather and get cheaper ones that are better quality

I do not usually leave reviews unless I am really impressed. Boy, I was! I bought 2 rings. Both arrived promptly, dainty and beautiful. The seller was helpful beyond expectations when it came to the exchange of one of them, a real personal service. Thank you, great experience, highly recommend.
PS Their website is full of 5 star reviews, do not mistake them for “thejewelhut”.

Wish I had read the reviews here before purchasing. Ordered earrings that arrived tarnished and feel like plastic. Already turning green. Have junk jewellery from the high street that’s lasted longer than this rubbish.
The company will not refund, avoid avoid avoid.
