Scam!!!!! Stole £270 from me!!!!! Sent the cheep fake jewellery back and no refund!!!!!!!!

Order a rope bracelet and I've still not receive anything

Do not use this merchant, like the other reviews I brought a product and after receiving it I wasn’t happy with the quality. On trying to return the item for a refund they never replied to all the emails I sent requesting their returns address as the website states to do and never answered the calls I made. This makes me think they are not a legit company. Don’t make the mistake I made stay well clear of this company

Don’t do it, will send money and get ignored!

Absolute scam! Would rate it 0 stars but not an option. I have spent close to $200 and have received nothing not even fake items and no form of communication has been replied too. I have been ignored completely. I only thought to look up others to see if anyone else had an issue with this website and was so shocked and sad to see how many have been scammed. How this website has not been removed/taken down or the people found and put up for fraud and stealing money is beyond me!

This store is a scam I paid $45 for a mother & son Pandora charm & received a pair of sunglasses instead

This business needs to be reported I paid 234 dollars for pandora charms and i have not received any of them.Dhl tracking tells me they were delivered to a Sydney address when I live in Victoria. I have tried emailing numerous times and no response. I just want my money back.

Total scam pathetic company. How dare they make out they are genuine. I would love to meet the owner to question how they took my money then scammed my credit card. Give me 5 mins with them to see who is a decent person. NEVER use this disgusting site. Can’t wait to see them charged for total fraud

I dont even want to give them a one star rating. I ordered over a week ago and was concerned after being charged $133.30 to my credit card and not even receiving confirmation of my order. I have tried to contact them via the 3 email addresses they have on their website, via their online chat and via WhatsApp and have had ZERO response. Their website says they are concerned about their customers but obviously not. It has every sign of being a scam as no customer reviews are on their website and you cannot access a facebook page via their website as it shows. It concerns me they are showing up as the next best site after the original Pandora site. I am very annoyed and guess I will never see my order or money!

I ordered two charm bracelet the other day, I was concerned about it when I checked these review. BUT I was totally surprised!! The bracelets are so great n they r just what I want exactly!!! The only reason I gave four star cause it took 2 weeks for delivery. Anyway, I will order again.

This is a scam. I ordered for a pandora chain and I found out that It was a fake one. On reporting this, they didn't agree to refund. They offering 30% refund and this is taking forever. It is basically the same thing every other reviewer is going through. Don't use.

I bought some jewellery worth $78.80 AUD without realising the price would be transferred into Chinese Yen and cost $84.28. I was also charged $99.88 AUD within the same minute and have had to block and order a new card. I contacted customer service, who took 5 days to reply and then said they had only received one payment. I’ve had to go through my bank to dispute the charge.
Very disappointed, and am worried about the quality of the items I will receive when they arrive since reading other reviews.

You have to type an email in capital letters to get a response but when you ask for some guarantees that they will send you what you pay for no more communication
STAY AWAY DONT PAY ANY MONEY

This shop is a scam. They use the same tactics to all the customers. I paid Aud $186 for more than 10 items and they posted 2 fake pandora charms to me from China that do not even worth aud $10. They are not real pandora and when I contacted them, they requested to do 30% refund and asked me to post back the items to them. At the end it took me more than 9 months to deal with the bank to get back the money. Don’t waste your time, money and energy with this company. Shame on them! Make a living through scams!

I ordered earrings then was told they couldn’t deliver to my address. They said they’d refund me but I’ve still not received my refund. They won’t answer my emails. Stay away from this fake company.

Spent all night selecting charms...went through the whole process they have all my info except when I went to pay with my credit card, the next page was all white...nothing happening. Thank god TJC didn’t get my account details...but got my other personal details. I think it’s not a legit company after reading other reviews.

This website is a scam. you can read a hundred more reviews on google. the shop is not located in australia but is actually in China where there's a business scam.
