I recently purchased a necklace from Jewelry designedwithlove and it is absolutely beautiful. I chose my partner's name in Arabic and in the rose gold colour and it is stunning. Hangs so nicely and I did buy the 60cm length so it could be tucked in blouses and my work uniform. Really fantastic quality and arrived quickly.in a beautiful and unique presentation box. Highly recommended and I will definitely be ordering from this company in the future

I placed an order for an personlised arabic necklace on 22nd of May. Today its been over 73 days I still haven't received anything even though it mentioned very short delivery time. I have emailed this company multiple times, asking for updates asking for refund but did not receive any response. I was very much looking forward to receiving this order as it was supposed to be birthday gift for someone. Very disappointed naver had experience like this before.

I have ordered a necklace from them, they have taken payment but they are not responding to emails asking what expectex delivery date is. I am going to get the bank to pull the money back...

I ordered from Jewelry Designed With Love almost a month ago, and I still haven’t received my order. The shipping time was supposed to be much shorter, but there have been no updates, and customer service has been completely unresponsive. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but I either get no reply or vague answers with no real help. This has been a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them if you expect timely delivery or decent customer support.

Terrible service I recieved a bracelet so cheap and tacky paid £26.99 no one will answer my emails.

I think this company is a scam. I contacted them when my order didn't arrive and heard nothing. Do not use them.

I ordered a necklace 4 weeks ago for a birthday present emailed them twice and they said it’s still in production just got an email tonight to say my order has now been cancelled 😡they obviously never intended on delivering my order as it was a personalised necklace I’ll be expecting my money back, personally I wouldn’t recommend this company with the experience I’ve had.

Ordered a necklace on the 31st December. No update regarding my order! No one is responding to my emails. Don't buy from here. Please if anyone knows how to get in contact with a human please let me know

E-mailed company twice as necklace has not arrived after them stating fast delivery is supposed to be Christmas gift

I have placed 2 orders with this company and not heard anything from them. Not even a courtesy email thanking me etc. I don’t have an order number or a delivery date. I have nothing. I have now used their form on their website to contact them asking for details of my orders like when will I receive them. 1 of those orders was placed around 3 weeks ago. Not at all happy with this company and there are far better ones out there.
