Couldn’t return it as only exchange was available. Wife didn’t like anything else either so had to sell it at a loss. Jewellery is often brought as a gift, refunds should be possible as we don’t always get it right.

Absolutely stunning product and…
Absolutely stunning product and fantastic customer service. I purchased the Amelia choker necklace with Demi earrings, they are so elegant and match perfectly with one shoulder/bardot dresses. Chain is adjustable which is great.
I required this the next day as I was going away, though missed the cut-off time. I got in touch and they assured me they would still be able to dispatch it that day. Thank you so much.

Poor
Provided me with earrings which were so heavy they weighed down my earlobes. They also gave me a rash. Not interested in offering a refund or trying to help in anyway, just said ‘give them to a friend as a gift’ - would not recommend.
