A little disappointed that my whole order did not arrive and I am now waiting for the 2nd part to be delivered. When I had a problem the person that I spoke to put me on the right track straight away. I do hope to place another order with this company.

I haven't used jgd before so was a bit dubious. I needn't have been. Godds ordered Tuesday evening received Friday morning. That's what I call service. Will definately use them again.

I have been ordering for a few years, and have not had a single problem with my order or delivery. It has always been very prompt with delivery and no incorrect items. There is no delivery charge which is always a bonus.

JGD carry such a wide variety of crafting tools/equipment. I can always find what I need from them when other companies fail to satisfy. I have been dealing with them for a number of years and would totally recommend them to anyone. The service is great too with free p & p. on a very low amount of goods.
