Efficient shuttle, easy in and out

Only waited a couple of minutes for bus

Flawless service. We will definitely use again. We also love how convenient it is, to not have to rely on friends or family to get us to and from airport. We love how the shuttle picks you up at your car, from the moment you park and then drop off there upon returning. Lot also seems secure. We had no problem leaving our car there for a week. Thanks Jiffy!

We parked in Row G. As we were getting out of our vehicle, another car parked nearby, and a shuttle bus drove by with a round-faced Hispanic man as the driver. He told us to stay where we were and that he’d be back shortly—but he never returned.

While we were still waiting, we noticed a Hispanic woman shouting to another family that had just parked near us, calling them over to get on the bus with that same driver—who had stopped near the exit gate. It was frustrating that the driver who told us to wait completely passed us by and picked up someone else instead. As a result, we ended up waiting an additional 20–30 minutes before finally being picked up.

On our return, I texted the provided number at 12:11 a.m. as instructed. The message was read immediately, but I received no response. At 12:17 a.m., I followed up with “Hello??” and only then did they reply, asking what I needed. It would have been courteous and professional to acknowledge the first message with something like “Got it, we’ll be there soon.” Reading and ignoring a customer’s message until they follow up is poor customer service.

Quick pickup coming or going. Clean busses, courteous staff.

Driver was quick to pick us up. He was very helpful, pleasant, and friendly.

The pick up to go to the airport was quick and efficient , it took close to 15 minutes for the pick up at the airport -the driver was helpful

Driver quickly picked us up and brought us to the airport.And upon our return was right?There didn't even have to call the timing was impeccable. My only negative would be.My car got dented in the parking lot.The spaces are pretty tight but I totally understand

Everything went smoothly. The place I normally park was booked so I decided to try Jiffy park ( it is also cheaper than my normal airport parking lot). Got picked up quickly when I parked and didn’t wait long to be picked up at airport on my way back.

Great price, plenty of parking, and wonderful shuttle drivers. Never had an issue with Jiffy, I feel safe leaving my car. Never waited more than 15 mins for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Will continue parking my car here every time I travel out of SeaTac.
