I cannot recommend jigsaw homes enough Michell Swanson was the lady that dealt with my tenancy and she was verry professional but understanding and considerate at the same time they worked in a verry timely manner had us in our home within two weeks I honestly couldn’t. Say better about jigsaw

From initially bidding to house move the service has been very efficient. Thanks to Karen Wright for helping us get everything sorted and to Pam who took us through the signing and giving us the keys.

Karen was amazing with handover such a lovely lady , Made sure that everything was up to Brilliant standard she made sure to answer all of my questions to everything that I needed to know about my new home , She was also very polite and made sure we was happy with our new home😃

Pisstake of a company. Cancelling scheduled appointments twice just for the fun of it actually a joke

I am am a tennant of them made a emergency repair phone call to them around 19.30 on 30/06/2024 regarding having no hot water or heating explained i have a over 75year old person who is terminal at the peoperty siad engineer would be out it is now the 01/07/2024 time 0647and still no phone call or message from jigsaw or call out made by there engineer and just left for and counting 12 hours + discusting service they just dont care if this person is her or not or drops dead

Alison Hinchcliff my management move officer has gone above and beyond to find me a new property. In such a short amount of time as I was a victim of a viscous homophobic hate crime from my previous next door neighbour .I am disabled and have certain needs and Alison was and continues to be a great help and support for me I could have asked for a better person to have dealt with my case 😊

What is the next stage when they offer you a property off bidding system with west lancs home finder...I had a call saying jigsaw property will be InTouch in couple days ...does this mean my bidding won a property with them ?

My experience it's has been very quick process and I'm so happy with my new home so much better more space and room for me and my little girl and I am very grateful that karen wright office has help me and understanding my situation and try help me must as she can.

Jigsaw homes clearly don’t care about there tenants. The worst decision I ever made was moving into one of there new builds. The builders they hire anit even proper builders clearly! Had nothing but problems. Now I have to pay money out of my own pocket to fix an issue in my home which is THERE responsibility or should be. Literally states what’s your responsibility on the tenancy I’m not even gonna go in detail. So glad this will not be my forever home and I will eventually move again in the future. Had the worst experience ever no wonder I was rushed to move in this property. All they care about is the rent not there tenants. The trauma and anxiety it’s caused me as well all these problems which aren’t getting sorted it’s shocking.

My experience with jigsaw has been amazing, my housing officer had a lot of patience with my emails and it all paid off. Amazing service and I am very happy with my property.

Michelle Swanson is amazing and she understands her job very well, she made the process really easy for me and she’s someone that answers emails and calls quickly.

Nothing more than a loan company!

Getting the house, Karren was great. Everything else "ah well you see because you are shared ownership..."

Our back door - window has a water ingress. We reported this within two weeks of moving in. Almost four years later, still no repair- well we've had two visits, but neither one attempted to affect a repair.

Our neighbour sent TEN (10) screws through our fence - protruding two inches, Jigsaw's response:
"unfortunately we would attend to repair the fence as this kind of repair would be tenants responsibility." - Gibberish
Concrete slabs moving in the back garden? Well I await their apathetic response which may well blame the ground, climate change, el niño, who knows!
Customer services is just not a thing here!

Update: More and more flags becoming loose and unstable, potentialy hazardous. This is very obviously a defect in whatever drainage was laid. As such it surely should be down to the developer to amend and correct?

Absolutely had enough of threatening letters, hundreds of calls from numerous numbers. My rent is paid directly from housing benefit the same date every month yet I'm still receiving countless of threatening letters that they are seeking possession of mine and my young daughters home through court. I've rang countless of times so they clearly know it gets paid every month . I get different answers from each person I've spoke to. My anxiety is through the roof with this going on 2 plus years of threatening letters that I now have hypertension and now have to be on life long medication!

I'm so happy to finally get a home after being homeless. Special thanks to Alison Hinchliffe who made the whole process easy, was understanding and very helpful.
