Excellent service from a lady in the clothing department…. Online suggested just 1 item was available in stock. Just to make sure it was in, I called. She confirmed she had it. Ordered straight away. Ordered Wednesday, arrived Thursday.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Jim Aim KTM, especially Mark and Ian, for the help and support they’ve given me over the past couple of months. I originally brought my bike in after spotting a few potential issues and from that moment on, they treated the situation as if it were their own.

Mark carried out a thorough 25-point inspection and didn’t just hand me a list of problems, he took the time to explain exactly what each issue meant, why it mattered and how it could be resolved. That level of transparency and technical knowledge is incredibly reassuring when you’re dealing with something as important as your motorcycle’s safety.

Ian’s role in all this was equally vital as he helped coordinate with the selling dealer, chased up on parts availability and even sourced a suitable replacement component when supply issues with KTM meant a long wait. Between the two of them, they kept me updated at every stage, which made a potentially stressful process so much easier to deal with.

What impressed me most was the genuine care they showed. It wasn’t just about getting the job done quickly; it was about making sure the job was done properly. Whether it was discussing options, finding cost-effective solutions or ensuring I understood the work being carried out, they went above and beyond every step of the way.

The end result is that my bike is now in top condition and I have complete confidence riding it and that’s entirely down to Mark and Ian’s expertise, professionalism and commitment to their customers. If you own a KTM and want people who truly understand the bikes and care about the riders, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jim Aim KTM are the real deal! Cheers gents, Cam

This is a great motorbike dealership, I wish that they were closer to me, but I thoroughly recommend them

I purchased a KTM SD GT and was very impressed with the deal. The negotiation was always done with a sense of humour and a smile. The bike was ready when I was informed it would be and I asked for a Optimate lead to be put on, this was adjusted immediately to suit my needs. I later ordered a top box for my bike and asked whether the workshop could put it on for me otherwise I would have to return with the car. This was done and I was not charged for it. I had a very minor issue and was informed that it was not a problem and it would be sorted at the first service (slight problem with the pannier lock). Nothing seems too much trouble for this dealer, I am always met with a smile, and a coffee. The staff are very helpful, friendly and go the extra mile. I am over the moon with the bike and the dealership.
