STAY AWAY!!
STAY AWAY!!! Horrible customer service, I would even call it that. We canceled our service, they still took $300 from my account anyway as I didn’t give 6 weeks notice (I didn’t even know they had access to my account!!). Would not refund or meet me half way, they did not care. Kept giving robotic answers & not actually taking on board any of my concerns or questions. Tried to escalate to a manager, was told “we are all qualified to answer questions here” and was shut down going around in circles & was treated like a piece of dirt. They have caused financial stress on my very small business and they did not care and not willing to resolve at all.
