STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY!!! Horrible customer service, I would even call it that. We canceled our service, they still took $300 from my account anyway as I didn’t give 6 weeks notice (I didn’t even know they had access to my account!!). Would not refund or meet me half way, they did not care. Kept giving robotic answers & not actually taking on board any of my concerns or questions. Tried to escalate to a manager, was told “we are all qualified to answer questions here” and was shut down going around in circles & was treated like a piece of dirt. They have caused financial stress on my very small business and they did not care and not willing to resolve at all.

Would not recommend Jimdo.com.
Poor customer service. Automated answers and does not address issues or actual questions.

Fees for ecommerce are not transparent. You have to register (and pay) third parties to get your Ecommerce site working. This you find out after you have to upgrade to a new plan because
Unlimited Premium Plan means absolutely NOTHING. When you upgrade you will see that you have not reached the end of the problems - your Ecommerce site will still not work without a third party. There is no benefit whatsoever.

Will NEVER Use Jimdo.com Again

Just posting up my negative review for Jimdo.com

Terrible service all round as we had cancelled our services due to their system continuously having issues with our website going offline and emails being constantly down, meaning we were missing out on customers.

When I had tried to contact Jimdo support asking them why their server was down they said they were having technical issues and it would be up in a few hours, 48 hours later the website was still down
which had cost our business a lot of sales just before Christmas.

I had decided to cancel my services and yet they are still charging my credit card, so I have raised a dispute with my bank for a refund.

This was a costly lesson not to use cheap template systems that look appealing, in the end it cost us a lot more money and stress so decided to pay a website design company more money
to have a professional custom website design, 0/5 star review for jimdo.com
