I recently discovered Jinx whilst looking for a God of War t-shirt. Shirts were reasonably priced, shipping was cheap too, website states it could take 10 weeks for overseas orders to arrive, so that's what I prepared for.

There was a little confusion shortly after placing my order, however Kaybi from customer service was great in helping me resolve my query.

Item was shipped on 17th Nov, and today, 22nd Nov, it arrived.

Will definitely be using Jinx again.

As i have previously ordered off the jinx store before, jinx clothing and merchandise is a level up worthy type of style, and I'd say its worthwhile to add to your wardrobe!

Their clothing: Stylish, comfortable and overall amazing to wear. I mean this sort of gamer merchandise is literally so worth it, some of the designs like jinx's previous game catering like overwatch, rocket league were absolutely fantastic, and looked plus felt worthwhile to wear/rep (because who doesn't like a good hoodie they can rep?)

Their merchandise? Even more so, love the beanies and sorts of accessories that they sell, comfort plus looks great, have a look yourself! Plus other merch too 👀

J!nx merch is worthwhile a look and buy if your someone who loves all the gaming merch, as its quite the brand with fantastic styles, designs and merchandise & clothing, heck! i own a rocket league hoodie from them, ultra comfortable and stylish.

I'd overall say jinx is excellent in its branding and clothing/merchandise, go for it, level up your wardrobe with jinx, add on the pricing because they sell their merch for some excellent prices and discounts!

I do recommended this brand to others, because some of the merch they have is fantastic and caters to many different games aswell as their own brand, which is definitely a plus

Go for it, level up your wardrobe, because heck why not? Do it with j!nx.

2 month delivery and hidden fees.

I cannot recommend jinx store. It took a long time for delivery and after paying for the order and shipment there turned out to be another fee to be paid on top.
If you are in the EU consider different stores.

I have contacted Jinx and got refunded for the paid fee. The support was quite fast.

I ordered a product from Europe 7 days ago and it has not yet left the store. The answer from them was basically that: for 9 dollars shipment....what did I expect? I definitely recommend avoiding at all cost if you are from EUROPE.

I'm very happy with the service and delivery of the products I bought at Jinx online shop, they came to me pretty fast, in perfect condition, will buy here again!! 😃👌

Just be aware that if you order from outside USA the service and support is generic, unknown dispatch (dispatch not delivery) times (more than a few weeks) and delivery times from dispatch/shipping is unknown and not traceable.

I won't buy any item from you again. You must refund the money . And i waiting for so long, and the answer is my item is gone is missing and I will give you a bad review. I can understand the COVID-19  But it was too long to wait  , the item I buy actually is wanna given someone for birthday present for the kid  now he go back he country, To be honest with you this is the first time I am completely disappointed with a westside If a large company does not have the ability, please do not open any trading pages, it will only lose your face

I ordered 2 shirts and three leggings from J!nx after hearing good things over the years and was very disappointed to get shirts with just botched print quality, the image was low res and not consistent, looking like it's about to flake off in the majority of the shirt, they're pretty soft tho, print quality on leggings was good, yet to try them on, what completely ruined it for me is me trying to get in touch with J!nx via FB messenger, commenting on their posts, site and phone and being straight up ignored and left on seen for the past two weeks

Edit: was finally able to contact support who basically said "it's supposed to be that way, not our fault you don't like the distressed style" despite already having distressed shirts and multiple people saying it's low quality, was given a choice to return and change for something else though

For anyone shopping at Jinx.com in Europe - avoid at all cost. The UPS shipment that they are using is beyond abysmall. Each department doesn't know what other is doing. Their driver claimed to attempt delivery when I was at home but no sight of them. They had Cash on Delivery ammount in wrong currency. They refused to hold it for longer than 5 days despite a package being from US. Finally, I was double charged custom fees (each time half of the total cost of T-Shirt) and they refuse to refund the incorrect transaction as they paid twice into the customs. Now I need to go through the pain of credit card dispute. Avoid at all cost!

I purchased some items 2 weeks ago from the official Minecraft store powered by J!nx and I just got them! Yes that's what's supposed to happen, but I'm really pleasantly surprised. So I bought some stuff for my gf birthday 1 month prior, keeping in mind that I'm from Bulgaria, this is a non EU package and the customs office here is slow. When I made the order the only option for my country was Standard with no tracking, also I haven't purchased anything outside the EU ever. So when I finilazed the order in the email they said the package would be here by 24 Octomber. You understand why I laughed and was sceptical. But a few days later they gave me a tracking number, and almost every day I got notifications where's the package, which was awesome. By 18 Oct the package was already in Bulgaria (which is 10 days after I payed) and the only thing left was to get it from the customs office. I was prepared for some arguing and delay, but for my amusement today I got the package directly. It turns out J!nx has already made declarations about the contents of the package and it was clear for me to get it. Today is 24 Oct and I got everything I purchased exactly as they said in the initial email. I'm happy with the products and I'm really happy with the USA-EU delivery. :)

I placed an order for PUBG merch back on 5th August 2019 and I paid for international shipping. I still haven't received anything nor am I able to track my order. Don't trust these guys and don't waste your money! I'm currently trying to get a refund..

Ordered a hoodie before Christmas, paid express delivery but item didn’t arrive until after new year (suppose these things happen) couldn’t track order when item arrived in to the uk
Had to pay import duty (£20) on collection of parcel as the company don’t do this apparently it does say in terms and conditions but you would expect this sort of thing to be paid for by the seller
They did reply to emails quickly though

Bought there multiple times, made always good experiences.

They don't have a list or any reference to possible unexpected fees. Their shipping service, UPS, overcharged me 50% import VAT and also a brokerage fee. The JINX website says we need to inform ourselves about these fees but the only fees we have to pay in the UK are a 20% VAT. UPS scammed me with those unlisted fees and heavily inflated VAT, and JINX told me I don't have any other choice but to accept the package or return it but still be liable to pay the shipping fees.

the package was great but the content of the mystery boxes sucked. got 5 of the same thing out of 7 boxes.

This is one of my favorite shops with gaming stuff. Almost all hoodies I own are from this company as well as a lot of shirts. The quality is good, customer service and the website itself are very inviting with their experience and gold earning system. Never had any trouble and if ever there was a problem with an item, a replacement was arranged quickly. Excellent store and recommended to all gamers.
