If I could rate a 0 I would. I ordered a desk on may 26,2023 and it’s Aug 4th and through several emails back and forth, they claimed they mailed it and would take 30 days. Waited, nothing. Contacted customer service, they have a tracking number that led to nowhere. Talked to USPS, nothing was received and tracking service didn’t match up to China’s postal service. Email after email, they offered 50% off another product instead instead of refund. Sure, keep my money and NOT ship my order again. Yea right! I said no way and they offered $64.01 of the product paid $68.99 (so where’s the 7.95 going?) and $10 shipping. I said no way, I want full refund or will write honest review of company’s practice, here it is. SCAM!

Unfortunately never read the reviews until after I ordered.
Do not trade with this company, took money from my account, never received an order number or confirmation email, will not return my emails and never delivered my order.

SCAM SCAM SCAM, never received my laser engraver, they claim i have to go to post office , but, they probably send an empty piece of paper so they get a tracking number and send this to you.

Ordered and never arrived.

Absolute scam.

Please be aware this is a scam - i purchased a product via this site and have never received it!!! After searching an internet i have seen reviews on different platforms stating the same (unfortunately too late).
