Poor workmanship, shame as showed such promise!

I had work carried when the company was trading as forgetmenot. Initially all was ok but when work was completed a couple of slabs began to rock, they fixed the issue but now believe this was done because they were working next door too.
I have now 12 slabs rocking and pointing collapsing around the slabs. I have been in communication with karlan offen for 6 months and continually promises that he will fix the issue but nothing has happened. Last message was sent 15 November 2017 and had a response on the 22nd November from Karlan Offen saying ‘I will sort it out’ I won’t hold my breath as it is now April 2018!

Sadly I wouldn’t recommend the company or karlan services. I know my neighbour feels the same about the whole experience, and wish we had not come across them.
