The eye test was easy and thorough and Jas (the optometrist) was very kind and explained everything that he was doing and explained why he was doing it and how it linked to my eye health. I would recommend this opticians to anyone as it is one the best in the local area.

Professional service with a personal touch.

I would recommend jk opticians to everyone. The staff are polite and courteous to their customers. They explained the procedures of putting eye drops in and taking pictures and explained my vision and why I needed glasses. They ask if I had any questions which was good as it put me at ease if I did.

Jas, my optometrist, has been excellent throughout my need to consult him. He detected the macular hole in my eye and immediately wrote to my GP to refer me to the Royal Stoke Hospital for treatment. Throughout the process, Jas has shown a deep concern for my welfare; ringing me at home to ensure that the condition was not worsening and encouraging my GP to speed up his part of the process. I cannot praise highly enough Jas's professionalism, concern and continuing care.

We had an excellent test from Jas and Anne spent a lot of time helping and advising us in our choice of frames from their extensive range,we would not let any one but Anne dispense our glasses.

I had a very thorough eye test, everything was explained to me clearly. Friendly receptionists, I wasn't rushed into picking the frames. New glasses were ready within a week. Would definately recommend.
