I purchased some anc earbuds at the airport, didn't keep the box so unsure of exact model. Two issues that are potentially hazardous: 1. they feedback/squeal which can damage hearing and 2. The tiny m... See more

Do NOT Buy JLab Products
Do NOT Buy JLab Products – Not in Norway and Not Online
I purchased a pair of JLab Epic Sport 3 ANC wireless earbuds from Power, based on a store assistant’s recommendation. I was told that JLab offered the best earbuds for indoor training and that they had a unique return policy in case the product didn’t meet expectations. That turned out to be the first false claim.
The sound quality was so poor that I couldn’t even hear a simple podcast during a gym session. The earbuds failed to deliver clear sound and could not block out background noise. As advised by Power, I contacted JLab directly in California. They confirmed I could return the earbuds to the manufacturer, and they would handle it.
So I went to the post office and, 114 NOK poorer in shipping costs, sent them off. About a week later, I received an email from JLab stating that they actually do not have a return policy after all. After several back-and-forth emails, I realized I had been speaking with an AI chatbot the entire time. Despite having sent the product to the USA with a valid return number, the system refused to escalate the issue to a human representative.
Now I’m left without the earbuds and nearly 1,800 NOK out of pocket.
As for Power, their staff clearly don’t know their products or return policies. And JLab appears to have no functioning customer service when their products fail or when you attempt to claim a return.
Avoid JLab at all costs – poor quality and no customer support to speak of.
The ear buds charging pod has an integral c-type charger!
Because the charging container for the ear buds have a C-type male end, you need a special plug to accommodate it, or get an adaptor to allow charging via USB.
The ear buds are very difficult too get out of the charging pod too.
I wish I'd seen these reviews as I wouldn't have bought them.
No response any email
Proper scamming everyone
Proper scamming everyone. Jlab and Amazon seem to have a little thing going. The earbuds stop charging after a month. Always seems to be the right one. Which would obviously stop you swapping it if you bought another set if or when they both break. And they make sure you can’t use a different dock to charge. And all this happens just outside the return period) Amazon are fully aware of this but are happy to keep getting their slice. Please go Sony. They offer a year warranty.
Worked great....for three months
These earbuds are comfortable and worked well for the first three months, they quit charging after that. I tried to contact Jlabs but the link that Amazon has doesn't work and they do not answer the phone, I waisted $40. Please, do yourself a favor, do not buy Jlabs earbuds.
Do not buy anything from them
Do not buy anything from them. Your product is broken, they send u a code fot replacement but you have to pay a lot of money for shipping. Helpsdesk wil not read your mail en help u.
DO NOT BUY JLAB
Plain bad
Horrible connection issues, cheaply made, charging issues, horrible software. Bad experience overall.
DO NOT BUY JLAB PRODUCTS!!!
I contacted JLab to make a warranty claim as my earbuds have stopped working. They responded very quick, and we exchanged a few emails within the hour, and everything seemed to be going well.
They requested me to send a video of submerging the earbuds and charger in water to completely destroy them, and then they could issue a replacement under warranty.
I followed their instruction, and they asked for a shipping address.
I gave them the shipping address and then zero response since that email.
I have followed up with 4 emails to ask for an update and nothing. This is not the first time they've lied and ignored me. They even blocked me on Facebook because I warned people how I was treated by them.
If you look at other reviews for JLab you'll see they have an extremely poor rating with LOADS of customers who've been told to destroy their products, lied to and then ignored.
DO NOT buy any JLab products because when they break, you will NOT get a replacement under warranty.
Warranty service is a big lie
Warranty service is a big lie, shipping to USA my headphones which costed almost the same amount that takes to send a package over there from europe and then wait for them ? scam
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Will never purchase a product of theirs again. Purchased a mouse from this company and around 6 months in the scrolling ball of the mouse quit working. I reached out to customer service about it. I showed proof of purchase and they said it was under warranty but in order to get a replacement i must submerge the current mouse in water and send them a video of doing so. What the heck? Really? First of all, i need a mouse for work. I am still using it since it's the one I have even though it is slow without the ball working. I told them I would gladly send it back once receiving the new one and that I needed a mouse. But his is the only way they will refund it. Been very frustrating working with their customer service and this is almost comical.
Battery time is good...when they charge…
Battery time is good...when they charge which is very intermittent. Stopped working in one side after a very short time. Difficulties with Bluetooth connectivity. Definitely would not recommend. Waste of money.
no convenient power options
The Jlab Go Pop True Wireless Earbuds cannot be powered on and off without fully inserting and removing the ear buds from the charging case. There is no function to manually power them on without putting them into the case and removing them again. Sometimes they still won't power on even after doing this. This design is strange, undesirable, unintuitive, and inconvenient.
Tile functionality ended.
I bought my Jlab Airbuds Pro for a specific reason - their Tile functionality.
Jlab neglected to tell me that they had ended their business arrangement with Tile, and so now Tile is useless.
I specifically sought out a company that meant I could track my headphones, and now I can’t - because they have disabled the feature. They are refusing to give me my money back. According to UK law, I am entitled to a refund as the product “no longer does what it is supposed to do”. (Google “accepting returns and giving refunds uk law”)
I haven’t broken it; no fault of my own has changed the product. They have altered its features. I don’t need it any more. I want my money back. They are refusing.
I asked for support as my new Epic…
I asked for support as my new Epic Sport buds will not work on gym equipment when old ones do. Automated email saying I will get a response in 24 to 48 hours - that was 2 weeks ago. I have chased 3 times and nothing
UK keyboard won't type a pound symbol
The JLab Go keyboard I bought in the UK is incapable of offering a pound symbol - a fundamental omission. Customer Service suggested various things, none of which worked. After months, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me with a solution.
Disappointing JLAb earbuds :(((
I purchased JLAb earbuds a few days ago and I am very disappointed: there's a constant HISSS in the background all the time, and I don;t mean the pointless AWARE setting, but on all settings what os ever.
Poor product, desperately poor service
Earbuds look great and I have purchased a number.
Average life is limited - anywhere between 3 months and a year and a half, not more
Customer complaints, ironically called 'customer love' do not respond within the promised 48 hours....I have been waiting weeks despite prompting and have now simply bought elsewhere
Earbuds broke within 2 years, Customer service is terrible,
Customer service is terrible.
My earbuds broke within warranty period and so i contacted them about the issue. At first they seemed helpful and said they would send out new ones.. after giving my adress they flat out started to ignore me and not respond to anything at all. It’s been weeks now, no new earbuds and no response.
10/10 do NOT recommend!
I bought my JLab GO pop+ nearly 2…
I bought my JLab GO pop+ nearly 2 months ago. They work great (most of the time) but they have started to not charge fully. I've cleaned both the earbuds and the charging case several times but it makes no difference. I have also tried resetting them but nothing I have tried has worked. I'm beginning to feel these were a waste of my money.
AVOID AT ALL COST
Bought these earbuds and they connected to my phone correctly ONCE. After that they would cut out every couple of seconds when my computer was sitting on my lap. I tried to get them situated for a bike ride and only one ear would work. Did all the steps to remedy the situation, then only the other side has music coming through. These things are absolute crap and always on sale. Avoid them at all cost.
