Shockingly bad these days, sadly.
When they have a good member of staff supporting their dropshippers, they're ok, although nothing is automated and it's all very manual. However they sound like a terrible company to work for and often don't have the staff to provide a decent service. We're closing our vape shop because we were taking orders and JM were simply not delivering. This is not a reflection on the staff that we worked with, who were excellent, but the management really let them down.

Lacklustre support and horrific shipping issues.
Parcel missing or damaged. Several emails sent to them asking to chase this as the liability of postage falls with the seller as payment was made to you so the contract for the shipping and the items falls under your scope.
Shame. They used to be really good.
