Wanted to order a lift they had listed on their website for $12,515.00 and talked to the sales person and was told the lift wasn’t available till March. Then found out they are selling it on eBay for $14,034.60 and a delivery date no later then January 11th. Crooked company very disappointed on how they do business

Website stated free shipping, purchased item and was told website was erroneous and refused to honor or split shipping with me. Wasted my time would not deal with these people again.

I needed tire hangers for a specific challenger lift. Will called the manufacturer to confirm the correct product I needed. He also followed up after the order was shipped to ensure I received everything and that everything was correct. He was extremely helpful and will use this company again.

I called this company with a complicated order and my salesman called two different manufacturers to see if my parts were compatible and he made SURE they were before he let me buy them!!! Their prices were better than any other on the internet and their courtesy was way better than a lot of companies I have dealt with. The products arrived within the dates they expected I will DEFINITELY deal with them again!!!!!

Placed an order for a Item labeled includes free shipping, I was informed that to qualify for free shipping needed $5 more added to the cart so found clamps that full filled the $5 extra to get free shipping - still waiting for the $5 item over 2 weeks later called the company and they don't seem to know how to make it right.

i needed three shop lifts i got a quote from them they are the cheapest and awesome customer service. later i bought extension kit from them.
again!! their customer service did great job. fast shipping and great price.

Order was handled promptly and communication about my order status was continuous right up to delivery. Excellent.

After placing my order online and then calling to confirm my address (per there request) my visa card was charged. The next day I received a message saying they wanted me to email them a photo of my visa card and drivers license. I refused and order was cancelled and refunded. No one send photos of credit cards or id's via email. They are nuts to even request such a thing!

I was told upon purchase that I would get my lift within 4 business days. It took almost 3 weeks, then I had to go pick it up myself in another state as I got tired of hearing that it would be arriving tomorrow, when I kept contacting JMC about this they blamed it on manufacturer then shipping co.but I found out that they didn't even order it until 7days after I originally purchased it then all they could say they were sorry and that they would give me a 5%discount on a future order, REALLY!!!
