I had a situation with this company. They were canceling random orders of RTX 30xx series. Then I told them what I think about them. Since then its even more sad experience: If order is not canceled, then they will hold your order before hand over to Post Service unlimited time just for fun. Kind of "revenge". Customer service promise to check with "departament" is useless as well. I do not recommend anyone to have any business relation with this company unless they revise their behavior with customers.
