Jay has done fantastic job and he’s done my living room as well he’s very tidy and neat and cleans up everything when he leaves

Ring floodlight in stalled. Jay was quick to respond did a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself. He then took the time to explain how it worked. He then texted a week later to make sure all was ok! Excellent service and work

JM Electrical Services, came to install a ring camera in my garden, prompt for timing, clean work, advised me about the product, showed me how it all functions, sorted out the junction box which had been installed by someone else and cleaned up after the job was finished, very professional & reasonably priced work, would highly recommended

I was quite apprehensive about having a webcam fitted at my front door. My mind was put at ease by Jay’s friendly, humorous and courteous approach.
A very professional and competent service was rendered, with a willingness and full commitment to deal with an unexpected complication and delay. The job was completed to full satisfaction.
He even contacted me the next day if all was getting on well with good guidance to meet my requirements.
I would very willingly use his services in future and would strongly recommend him to everyone.

It was refreshing to experience a professional and friendly approach from someone who cared about the quality of the work performed irrespective of the time consumed. Cost of work was reasonable, but the quality of work done is unquestionable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jay to my family and friends to get all their electrical work done by him. I have find Jay through the next door group. I had an issue with my kitchen lights. As soon as I called he agreed to come to see ASAP and he did kept his word. He sorted the problem which made us to give him some more work which he completed well too. He cleaned after completed his work.I can recommend his work.

My dad had some renovations done by another company (not JM Electrical) last year and it was terrible. The electrician left the job without completing it properly. We gave Jay from JM electrical the task to rectify some faults in the existing system and to install a new ring door bell pro. The previous builders did not run any cabling from the front of the house to the fuse box. Jay cleverly sorted this issue and now we have full power, a New Ring door bell and all done to a high standard. He is thorough and professional. His prices are very reasonable and he won’t over-promise.

Jay fitted a new consumer unit, kitchen and bathroom spotlights and electrical board in the outside garage. Although the work took some time to complete, it was done to a very high standard.
Jay quoted a reasonable price and provided lots of good advice and suggestions.
I would have no reservation in recommending Jay as a very good electrician.
