Love the glasses, have a couple of pairs so was made up found this site !! Customer service very good but need to address delivery company. Still pleased with purchase and would recommend to a friend!! Only gave four stars as delivery company let them down.

I'm definitely happy enough with the service! Opt'd for the additional postage cost and received my sunglasses the very next day. The only minor thing, I couldn't find any refund/return information. Admittedly however, I didn't look very hard, it may have even been on the back of my receipt or on the web-receipt.

I got the glasses I wanted in a couple of days and they were happy and quick to change the delivery address after I made a mistake.

Although I didn't keep the glasses I ordered due to the fact I ordered the wrong ones. They arrived really quick and I was happy with the service. I have returned them today & hoping the returns are just as efficient & quick.

JO Oh is a fantastic site, loads of rare brands at brilliant prices and free delivery, I would highly recommend.

Best Price possible, much cheaper than discount designer stores. Plus no postage costs!!!
