Very misleading
Very misleading advertisement and operations. They advertise that they have specific questions for preparing for Cubiks, but have very general set of questionnaires and as a disclaimer mention they are not exactly the same. In small print they mention that they hold $8 for refunding towards transaction fee and handling fee. Just be careful.

Misleading description of Hogan assessment practice test
Hogan assessment is advertised as 3 type of tests (HPI, HDS, MVPI) - in reality, they (all three practice tests provided by the company) are just HPI type of tests with feedback relevant to HPI type of test only. No "Develpment" and MVPI type of tests are provided as part of the pack so the advertising is misleading. Taking the practice helped to prepare only to a third of the real assessment - needless to say I was not happy when I realised this during the actual test itself. Customer service attitude is unpleasant - they completely refused to acknowledge any mistake on their part and instead of reimbursement of unfulfilled obligations decided to make me a favour of refunding 31% of the practice test price. I received no apologies - will not use again.
