I've had their insurance for around 10…

I've had their insurance for around 10 years I think. They've been fine but I've never had to test if they honor peoples claims. Now I got a better insurance but they haven't even acknowledged the termination in a week. Also a 3 month termination time for no reason is predatory, it shouldn't even be legal. Worth noting that they usually respond if you want to up you rate or buy more expensive insurance. Also their number is never available to call even though it's listed on their site. So overall not very professional.

Update: They got back to me weeks after the cancellation with a confirmation, that's at least something.
