Poor communication & cancelled order
I found a tool I wanted on Ebay, the seller directed me to Jobsons to buy it directly, get a small discount and free shipping. So that's what I did. I paid and got confirmation of the order. Later I received a message from Paypal to say that a refund had been issued, I'd get my money back within 7 days. Nothing from Jobsons about why. I contacted them but still have had no response. I take it the tool is not coming now, I've wasted most of the week and will have to reorder elsewhere, I doubt I'll have it in time for the work I wanted to do this weekend.
