I had a major disappointment with Joe Fortune. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings 5950$, they did pay nothing to process my payment and closed my account without any justification.
• I provided all necessary account details and identity verification.
• My withdrawal request was denied without any reason.
• I tried to contact their support team, but they either didn’t respond or failed to resolve my issue.

I believe this platform is unreliable and urge others to stay away from such fraudulent sites. I also plan to pursue legal action regarding this matter.

Customer support have the IQ that matches a child's shoe size.. Don't bother trying to approach them with any issues regarding their own promotions unless you want to go around in circles arguing that you never received the promotion you paid for and selected but never actually received... I believe the agents name was Daniel and my experience with him was about as helpful as a flat earther in space...

In fact, trying to receive any promotion by these guys is about as impossible as colonising on the sun itself..

Maybe teach your staff how to speak English and be an actual help when there is a problem and if you can't understand what your customers are trying to get across to you, maybe go and get someone who can read and understand simple communication skills
