First-class customer experience all round. Welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to engage. My nearest GoCycle-accredited workshop and well worth the 80 miles round trip to get the brakes on our two e-bikes bled, one new caliper and a shorter saddle post fitted. My two local bike shops in Worcester come nowhere near JA Cycles for customer service and engagement. Thank you Gary - brilliant job!

I'm not sure what's happening here. I bought something online from John Atkins Cycles and received an acknowledgement via email and they took the money but didn't get the goods. Google thinks the place is closed but the website looks active. Their Facebook page seems to say they are closed because of a bereavement. There are reviews from a month ago that seen ok. What's going on here?

I Had a very badly buckled rear wheel.
Kevin made an excellent job and the ebike is so much smoother.
The service I received from Gary and Kevin was excellent.and the bike is now so much better.and the cost was real value for money...A big thankyou

Amazing experience, shopped around the area everywhere else had all the same bike brands nothing unique or range. John Atkins Cycles, not only had a plethora of options but the service, advice and customer service was outstanding. From fit, to test ride and first free service, each time the whole team make you feel welcomed, and like they're known you for years. Staff really know their stuff, highly recommend everytime.

I purchased a new bike at a very reasonable price with so many offers on line it can be confusing, however I find JA to have very good prices and fantastic service well worth a trip to the store.

Very slow communications.

Taking limitations posed by Covid 19 into account communications from John Atkins are slow. An automated response was made to an order but no follow-up in the next 8 days to indicate a delivery date or whether the order was on its way, delayed, eaten by pidgeons or send to an address in Lapland for collection at a nearby reindeer sanctuary.

Good communications are central to commerce in the 21st century and there are few excuses for failing to communicate reasonably quickly. Poor communications inevitably result in poor review ratings - the solution is quite easy in 2021 . . .

Update - JA quickly rectified the issue when reminded.
