Recently bought some 15 inch minilite replicas for my MGB GT. Wheels were ready for me to collect the day after I ordered (chose to collect as only 20 mins away). Friendly helpful staff and sent out some replacement wheel nuts immediately when I realised I had picked up the wrong size at collection. Great communication and customer service throughout. Wheels look awsome too!

Absolutely useless service. No one ever answers messages on their ebay shop and I can't get through on their so called 'Advice Line'. So I'm off elsewhere after trying for three days. If you have a question don't try to get an answer from them

Excellent service from John Brown Wheels as always. I would recommend to all and very helpful on the phone.
The wheels are great quality, excellent paint finish and arrived on time. A+++

I ordering and payed for wheels and tyre on 1st March and was sent an emal stating they had been heldup on the Ever Given ship.
In July another company R&R Alloys who are supplied by JBW offered to suppy the same wheel.
Last week JBW told me they have never had in the last 6 month and the email about the Ever Given was a mistake.
DO NOT ORDER ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY WITHOUT CHECKING IF THEY HAVE STOCK THEY ADVERTISE ON EBAY WHEELS THE DON'T HAVE.

20” VW T5 camper. Black with laser cut face. Wheels looked excellent for a while, 18 months / 2000m later, lacquer is failing. Lazer cut face has white tram lines all over every wheel. These wheels have done no work and have been looked after. Van is under cover when not being used as a camper. Emailed JBW… no replies. I expected to get a couple of years at least before needing a refurb… won’t buy from JBW again…

Called up to buy a wheel yesterday. I have already purchased 4 wheels from JBW previously, and was delighted with the service then. My latest wheel, which is the same as the previous 4, has arrived safe and sound, less than 24 hours later. I thought it would be prudent to leave a review, because as far as I am concerned, John Brown Wheels is the epitome of the best customer service. Friendly staff to speak to, without too many press 1 for this, press 4 for that etc, extremely reasonable postal charges, an excellent courier making the delivery, bang on schedule. What more could you ask for?

Phone to check stock before placing an order.

With in being 2021 I assumed that any company trading online would have mastered stock-control by now. Sadly not JBW.

I got an email a few days after my order (which went to spam also) to say the wheels were not in stock with a 6-8 week wait.

I was told that somewhere buried in the sites T&Cs is the statement that JBW will let you know if there's any problems with stock.

Needless to say, I'm extremely annoyed, not least because I have ordered tyres separately, which are in stock, and I now have to store these until the wheels arrive.

The email went to spam due to a missing DKIM record... so actually it is within your control.

I ordered some wheels and tyres in January, they stated they were out of stock but expecting them in. In April I asked for my money back as the customer service were not replying and I didn't know what was happening.
Today I phoned them to ask if the wheels were in yet and finally got through only to be told I may have to wait for a second order as I had cancelled my previous order and they were going to deal with people who had stayed with them, also they expected the wheels to be a another 4 weeks. I did not like the attitude of who I spoke to more or less saying hard luck because you asked for your money back. £453.70 !!!!!

In reply to part about I found your replies in the junk folder, I never stated that and there were no replies at all keeping me updated, there was a terrible lack of correspondence, the only reply I managed to get was through Facebook and whoever I spoke to yesterday did not have the attitude I would expect, basically he said tough?

I bought a wheel and tyre package from JBW and I'm absolutely delighted with their service and product. Good quality wheels wrapped with some decent budget tyres.

Very good communication and fast delivery to Canary Islands, Spain. I bought JBW TMS 18". Awesome wheels in very good price

Bought steel wheels from this company they went rusty in 6 months they replaced them only to go rusty just as before and now they don’t want to know! Poor product and company
