Dreadful service
Ordered product in Nov, absolutely no communication at any juncture, had to chase several times, given a run-around story, still no delivery two months later. Apparently all the customer's fault!!
Now secured refund.
Never ever again. Avoid.
Like others on here, I placed an order and then absolutely nothing. They have my money and they do not respond to any communication. No idea how I am meant to get my money back when they just ignore me. Luckily it was only a small purchase.
Terrible customer service, ordered a very expensive cue as Birthday present for my dad, they confirmed my order. I sat waiting for it to arrive, called them today, 2 days before my Dad's birthday only for them to tell me they can't get it for me, no phonecall or email to tell me... disgusting!!! Won't be using them again for anything and would not recommend anyone else to either.
I purchased a top end peradon cue that had to be returned because of several flaws. The 2nd time it came back it had dents and the ebony butt. I had to take it to a local shop to be repaired. I forwarded the repair receipt of £20 which I gave peradon the option to pay for this which they didn't. This is why I'm leaving this review. The quality of the peradon pro isn't up to scratch. I would stay away from peradon if I was you.
Absolutely shocking customer service! Spent over £300 on a cue and 4 weeks later I've still not received my cue. No courtesy calls to advise me of any delays. Still waiting on my cue. Would not recommend. Disgusting!
Ordered £200 cue 4 weeks ago - not responding to my emails and phone diverts to answer machine - can’t recommend
Placed an order in plenty of time to be delivered by today for a Birthday. After being told 11 days ago that it "might" not arrive on time I was promised an update last Friday. No call came and they don't answer their phones. After a frustrating day calling/emailing yesterday I finally received a call at 5.10pm to say they didn't know if my order had been dispatched. Again the promise of a call back to confirm has not materialised. I made the mistake of trusting the reviews on their own webpage instead of looking on here.
Very poor. My cue costing £170 developed a warp, approx 2-3mm at the tip within 4 weeks, and i have had totally no reply from John Parrot Sports.
