Always Johns of Romford for me

Always great customer service especially Simon and Aaron. They never rush you out and explain and go through everything. They have a genuine love of bikes and all things biking. To my mind this is the only place in Romford and for miles around to have your bike taken care of, whether that be buying a new or used one, or just general upkeep and servicing of your beloved steed. I will be back and will go no where else. Thanks to all at johns for another great customer experience.

since they have moved over to Suzuki…

since they have moved over to Suzuki and everyone has left, the place is a mess, no communication skills between them, the service department is the worst, they all have a face like a smacked monkeys behind and any work you want doing they will say they haven't got the staff and complain to you it will be weeks for a appointment, the only good grace is that simon is still working there. when i trade my bike in i think ill go else where.

CBR 600 RR 32,000 mile service

I’ve searched for a garage that I can trust not to rip me off and I think I have found them. Took my bike for a 32,000 mile service and was super impressed with how helpful and affordable they were. I had a separate issue with my left hand switch gear, which they tried to replace from stock, but the part was the wrong year. They then helped me to source a second hand part, rather than a brand new installation. Aaron is also a racer, so I had full confidence that he and his team know their way around a bike and they even provided a video of my valve clearance. Will definitely be using them going forward. Great service.

Live chat on website is useless

What's the point of embedding live chat into your website if no one is answering there? I opened a chat and asked simple question about current models in stock and nothing happened for almost an hour (after that I've closed the website). I understand that calling over the phone would be faster but if you don't have anyone supporting live chat - just remove it then.

Bad attitude

Bad attitude, bad service, supplied wrong product, getting a refund was like getting blood out of a stone. If they make a mistake it will be your fault!

Unless they are squeezing loads of money out of you for a new bike they are not interested.
