Re priority club .
I joined their priority club , they damaged a garment so I never used them again .
You can only communicate with Johnsons through their portal , that’s how I cancelled my priority club , but they still took another payment. You can’t call them or email them ( well I can’t find their details).
So I have no proof I did cancel my membership.
I emailed them today .,, I will update this post when / if they reply

I have a dress that I intended to wear to a wedding and realised very last minute that it needed to be steam ironed. I went to Johnsons on Elm Row on the off chance they could do it but fully expecting that they would not be able to as it was so last minute. Mags was fantastic - she fitted it in there and then with good humour and great end result. Thanks very much! Johnsons is always professional with great customer service.

Husbands beautiful blue jacket, put through Waitrose, came back with white bleached marks all over front!! No note explaining. Still charged the £12. Absolutely shocking. Surprised Waitrose deals with them

My husbands pale linen blazer had pink drink stains on and was feeling very despondent however the wonderful lady at Johnson’s was so knowledgeable and helpful and DID get the stain out with careful attention absolutely wonderful professional and helpful service. Dropped some clothing off just for ironing. Wasn’t told at the time that it would cost extra to hang the clothes. When I went & collected the items all my dresses & work shirts were badly folded into the bag I brought them. When I took them out they weren’t wearable! The assistant couldn’t see what the issue was! I was then told that if I wanted them hung after ironing, this would be an extra cost! Surely this is common sense! For 2 bags of ironing (one bag was duvet covers) it cost nearly £90! Absolute joke! They have retaken the items back to re-iron & now hang!

I can confirm that the 4 for £28.00 offer is only available within the Waitrose partnership branches and not in our branch that is located in Waitrose Cheltenham, so unfortunately, our particular colleague would not be aware of this promotion. It was also disappointing to hear that the Waitrose partners were unable to clarify this information and I will certainly pass feedback over to our Waitrose colleagues.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the Waitrose website, I will ensure that the information surrounding dry cleaning prices is amended to reflect that the price is only offered in stores within the partnership.

We have various types of Waitrose that offer dry cleaning, Waitrose Cheltenham branch is actually our own colleagues within our own branch that is based within Waitrose.
The 4 for £28.00 offer is only available within Waitrose branches that are operated by their own partners.

What a surprise I contacted the customer services they’ve still not contacted me I’ve already written a try trustpilot View and Johnson of commented saying they’re going to get back to me they have not they have ruined and damaged a very very expensive top of mine which they are dropping all responsibility even though they’ve drank cleaned it twice before no issues so obviously this time they have treated it incorrectly I have never been so appalled I’ve contacted trading standards they have clearly said that Jon is liable and needs to cover the cost of the garment

Having just had the fourth item returned still with marks present I felt I needed to write a review. We've used the service through Waitrose in Oundle and all the items have had light marks but it seems every time they're returned with the 'please note' we've examined your item and clearly done nothing about it! When they call themselves specialist cleaners and charge £9.50 for a pair of trousers you'd expect a bit more for your money.

I have used Johnsons of Stourbridge for many years and have always had a superb service.
I recently took a Jacket which was badly creased to be ironed and pressed.
It was done while I waited and they didn't even charge me!! Fantastic service and quality.

I visited this store (Worle) today after a recommendation on Facebook for someone to steam a bridesmaid dress. They initially said 3-4 days but I had a text 2 hours later saying it was ready for collection. Incredible service by two ladies, one who is the Newbie at 27 years service!! The other lady has 39 years service, how incredible!! Will definitely be back to this store again, thank you!

Took curtains to Stourbridge branch to be cleaned. Friendly service. Rang me back to say linings disintegrated which half expected. Quoted very reasonable price to reline. £144 for 4 full length curtains and 2 pelmets. Curtains over 20 years old. When came back absolutely thrilled with cleaning and relining. Friends have thought they are new ones.

Recently received a leather jacket for my birthday had it 2 days and wanted a patch putting on the front and was told no problem picked it up to find my jacket completely butchered and melted beyond repair what is going on? Avoid this company need some compensation for damages

Came in with an urgent request for a suit to be dry cleaned in a day for a funeral the following day. Sarah and Megan found a tiny moth hole when they checked the suit and spent a lot of time giving me advice and a lot of care to ensure that the suit was cleaned without making the damage worse. The result was fantastic. I could not be more grateful.

Johnson's actively encourage customers to return their plastic hangers. I'm fully supportive of this on waste and environmental grounds. I've just returned around 50 hangers to their shop in Evesham. The assistant is so rude! Can hardly be bothered to speak, and eventually whispered a 'thank you' after I pointedly said, 'You're welcome'. I have encountered this assistant before and had similar poor experience of their customer service skills.
Bottom line - I won't be using Johnson Cleaners again.

Took a pair of lined Laura Ashley Lounge Curtains to be dry cleaned, Leeds Rd, Harrogate, they explained that there was a 3% chance of shrinkage, along with possible colour run, I then signed a form to confirm that I understood the risks, paid £70.00, yes you read it right £70.00 to a very efficient polite young lady, informed they would be ready in a couple of days, explained I would be away for a week and would collect after 7 days. Called in to collect them yesterday, upon viewing I asked if they had been pressed, was told they had been on “rotator” and pressed, they look absolutely appalling, my advice give Johnson’s a wide wide berth.
No doubt you will reply with usual acknowledgements, but I am so disappointed with your service

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Johnsons the Cleaners in London. Upon arriving with a pile of wrinkled clothes from my travels, I was astounded by their efficiency and kindness. Not only did they manage to iron my garments in a single day, but they also refused to accept payment for their services. The staff, particularly the ladies assisting me, were incredibly gracious and accommodating.
