Hopeful Start

Balanced and Realistic
What I love about joinskinny's program is that I don't have to starve myself or spend hours at the gym just to reach my BMI goal. I've tried those approaches before but couldn't keep up because of work but this time the process feels more balanced and realistic. All I have to do is take meds and let them do their job.
