He did an amazing job with my hair, very friendly and had a welcoming environment, communication was wonderful and he was able to understand exactly what I wanted. He fixed my hair color and evened out my color as it was three completely different shades before. He was also very gentle while blow drying my hair careful not to cause any breakage, as I’ve experienced this from other salons. I will definitely come again!
WIERDEST HAIR SALON EVER!! I called Jolie Toi Salon & Spa this morning to make an appointment. The manager told me that the Groupon (Keratin Hair Treatment) I have bought has been cancelled, which was NOT (I purchased it yesterday, and the voucher is still available as of today). He then asked me to cancel my Groupon of $139 and give him $150 for the same treatment, due to the cost of rising Keratin product. This is beyond being GREEDY… this is ROBBERY!! Will never recommend anyone!
