Ordered and didn't receive anything. They don't Antwerpen the mails. Already 4 months waiting... don't order there!

Every fkn thing was wrong! My Dann boots don't fit and the quality was nothing like what I saw online!! HIGHWAY FKN ROBBERY IS WHAT I CALL IT!! I NEED MY DAMN MoNEY BACK..I WON'T EVER ORDER ANYTHING ELSE AGAIN AND I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO EITHER!!

Received two pairs of boots that I could have got for 10 or less., and received a pair of cushions for my third pair of boots, worse off had someone from this company try to charge my credit card multiple times for over 500 each time, truly is a scam. Plastics fake soles, no arch support, not what was depicted in photos@ all.

They don’t even deserve any stars. JUST HORIBLE SCAM never got what I ordered or my money

I don't even want to give them a star but it seems I have no choice. I ordered in mid July and I haven't got receive it. They said they'd send me a tracking number within a week but they didn't. I sent them a couple more messages but they didn't reply me. In October, a few days ago, I sent a long message again and I finally got a message from them they lost my package during transit. I have asked for a refund and been waiting to hear from them. I am not sure when I can get a refund or even a reply from them. This is very frustrating. Any ways to resolve this?

I just received my shoes which I ordered over 2 months ago. Very cheaply made. Lesson learned like my dad always said, “you get what you pay for”.

I’m trying to return an I team and can’t even get to talk to anyone and you have to talk to someone the email address doesn’t even take you to a message place no phone number to call to talk to anyone very frustrating

I ordered a pair of shoes in size 9. After many months I finally received the shoes and they were tiny. I looked at the size and it said 6 with a line under it. Apparently they can't tell a 6 from a 9.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They are by far the most arrogant and condescending people I’ve ever had to deal with. I ordered a phone case in February, was told it was shipped on 03/14/2020 and it’s now 05/28/2020 and I have not received my package. I’ve emailed them wanting a refund as their have been no shipping updates showing any movement since the beginning of April. I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the covid situation but looking at previous reviews this company does this all the time. They are absolute garbage and cannot be trusted. Their “customer service” reps are rude and don’t care about the people they should helping. I offered to send back the phone case whenever it comes in if at all but they won’t issue a refund until I send it in and they inspect it. This company needs to be put out of business. They are wolves in sheep’s clothing trying to take advantage of people with their dollar store trash. I’ll be filing a complaint to the better business bureau because of their actions.

I wish I could give them a zero. I thought I was ordering a pair of shoes from Target. My mistake. Realized it was not from Target and tried to cancel order within 6 hours of placing it. They sent me a few emails and said they were sending them and if I didn't like them I can return them. It took two months to get them. Color is not the same in the picture nor is quality. They look plasticy. Do not order from them

I ordered two pairs of shoes from the website. Over a month later, they sent me one pair. I emailed them asking about the second pair, they said it's still preparing for shipment. Over a month has passed now and still no shoes!! I am in the process of dealing with this through my credit card company right now. These guys are a scam and their customer service has been horrible. I've attempted multiple times to reach them with no response. Save your money and buy from an actual company in the states. These guys think they can get away with it because it's an international company.

I’ve contacted customer service 3 times asking how to return shoes that are too small, first response tells me to give to someone else , 2nd response they emphasize that I have to pay the very expensive fee to return, I just asked again for information to return! It seems everyone has same issues , cannot receive refunds !

I may add more stars once I see some updates on my shipping which has not happened at this time. Its been 10 days so far and if a product was in stock no reason why it shouldn't of shipped just yet.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star but I had to in order to be able to write the review. Never order from this company. There is no communication from the company when asking why my shoes have never been shipped it has been over a month

Worst company ever!!!!! Ugliest and worst quality of shoes I have ever bought and Worst customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Ordered over 2 months ago. Paid with paypal(thankfully). Never received the shoes. Contacted customer service and still have not received a response. Do not order from them!!!!

Don’t order from this site. I placed an order almost 2 months ago. Paid for my items contacted customer service and still have not received my items. They keep saying your order is being prepared.
