Pathetic order management but good customer support
Pathetic order management and post sale service from the customer support. placed an order and wanted to cancel but there's no such option available but to chat with customer support agent, who too said he cannot cancel the order. This meant that I had to pay twice for the same order, manually return 3 products which again is unnecessary cost and impact on the environment.
Edit: Updated the Stars to 4 & updated the title owing to better customer service as they’ve called me promptly and provided a refund for the extra order’s delivery fee and accepted free return. Their order management system still needs to be fixed due to which 1 star is removed.
