Awful Customer Service
It is impossible to get in touch with the Customer Service. Either by phone or the website. I've been trying for almost a week. The customer service portal on the web does not work. The phone message will say they are having issues with their phone or will have a busy signal etc. I have never encountered such terrible customer service.
