I’ve just placed my second order with Jones and Grey as I was so impressed with the quality of their products and great customer service. They’ve been just as fantastic with this order. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I made an error in ordering a brass door knocker. I contacted Dave at Jones&Grey Customer Services. He was very helpful and dealt politely with me - even though it was my error. A full refund was paid without any problems.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company and using them again.

Bought some handles for the kitchen cupboards, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, which was a shame because they were very nice handles, anyway I contacted Jones and Grey and explained what had happened and a nice gentleman called Dave told me to send them back and they would refund them, which I did and they issued a full refund, thank you Jones and Grey for an excellent service, I would definitely buy from them again A++

Fabulous! I ordered beautiful handles for my doors but unfortunately due to the existing holes in my doors the knobs wouldn’t work. We only found this out recently which was outside of the returns date but Adam was so accommodating and agreed to accept the return. Wouldn’t hesitate using again. The items were beautiful and customer service was second to none!
