Excellent customer service! Over the years we have done business with them, every contact has been courteous and helpful. Fast service too!

We placed an order like we have for MANY years before and it was delayed in shipping. An email was recieved to state it would be delayed. Great, thank you for letting me know, no problem. Then I saw it has a group of people listed on the "sent to" email area. Some of these people are not employed at our business or associatied with our business. Yet, they received all of our private order information. So I called to find out why and that turned into a, what kind of company is this after all these years.
The rep was very kind and helpful but they DO NOT remove users of previous orders even if you request it. The order will be assigned by the PO and your accounting department can not be listed as the permanent billing persons. They asked us to change our ordering to meet their needs. I am pretty sure that is not how works. You can share all our private orders and information with anyone yet to ensure "they don't do it again:, we need to make sure we change your ordering. Ludacris!
As an account holder we should have the right to add and remove users as they come in and leave the company. I am pretty sure this is a violation of my privacy rights for them to share my order with random emails without our consent.
Since they don't respect the consumers privacy, I wrote a review about the privacy measures. Be aware when ordering, your infomration may be randomly shared with others.

I ordered pins for a customer, and Jones sent my order to the Certificate Source. They sent 25 of the wrong pins, and when I called and explained they were needed for an even the next day, the pins we needed arrived. No questions. Great Customer Service. Mistakes happen, but rarely are they fixed this easily.

I contacted I supply as I was due to renew my contract. My contact with I Supply was a helpful young man by the name of Jurado. I am a techno phobic. Jurado was very patient with me, seeing that I understood exactly what he was saying. I was not rushed which seems to be the modern American way of selling, knowing that no one can absorb that amount of information at such speed and hit.
I have signed up for another year.
It is comforting to know that my electricity is Green.

They were affordable, and my Choir Lapel Pins got here on time and they were just what I expected. I had some troubles with the address for delivery (My fault). I called customer service and the lady was very nice and helped a-lot!

I have been placing orders for all of our certificates and trophies for several years. The orders always arrive in a timely manner - frequently even early and are in perfect condition.

The order was needed ASAP. I had been sick and hadn't gotten the trophies ordered that I needed. I ordered on Monday and needed them by Friday. They arrived on Wednesday afternoon. However, there was one error. I need a new sticker that says, Tyler Spady

Ordering from Jones is always consistent and Brilliant.

As the secretary, I always prepare the end of year awards for all of our students and have done so for many years. I always call the order in and have always been treated to first class representatives. My order is always repeated and verified and the greatest thing of all is that we receive the orders within two days-most often the next day. Even if I have left something out, I know that I will receive the order on time. Also, even when I have made mistakes on the order, Jones School Supply makes it right! They are great and I wouldn't want to trust our orders with anyone else!

My quote couldn't be seen. Only one person i talked to had my information.

Great selection of certificates, ribbons, plaques, rewards etc. Ordering is easy, delivery is super fast, and "received orders" accuracy is excellent! However; I do wish some of the pricing was a little more affordable for "economically challenged" schools.

ordered by phone, assistance was perfect. Order filled and shipped the same day. Order was received on day promised and exactly what was needed. Notifications were sent by e-mail stating shipping information and date of delivery.
