Customer Services are really good
Customer Services are really good. Kept me informed along the way after ordering. Especially as one pair of sandals ordered in their sale were no longer available. So a refund needed to be given. Placed a re-order. No problems and parcel arrived within time limit. Would certainly use again.

Excellent customer service
the staff (Sienna & Sami) in the Bluewater branch provided excellent customer service; I tried on multiple sizes and different widths. Nothing was too much trouble. I must have been in there for a good 30 minutes with them. Their knowledge of their products (and how they come up) meant that they really could advise me on the best fit.

Shoes were much too big despite being the same size as I have had many times before.
Clearly been worn multiple times in store so returned. Such a shame I liked the colour of the shoes alot.
