I ordered a Joolz Aer2 pram directly…
I ordered a Joolz Aer2 pram directly from Joolz (Order 00460386) and am very disappointed with the service.
The estimated delivery timeframe has passed, full payment was taken, and I’ve received no update at all on whether my order has been dispatched or delayed. I’ve emailed customer service twice with no resolution, and the automated chat service repeatedly shows a system error and is completely unhelpful.
To make matters worse, the same pram is available elsewhere cheaper and with faster delivery. Had I known about the delays and lack of communication, I would not have ordered directly from Joolz.
For a premium brand, this level of poor communication and order transparency is unacceptable. My baby was delivered early and we still have no pram to take her out in. Time is precious.
Refusal to process refund
No response from Joolz on any communication channels. I tried to cancel my order before it was shipped, no response to emails and they shipped the product. Have emailed and sent DMs to process refund but still no response. Consumers have the legal right to cancel orders or request a refund and this company is not complying with the law. Do not buy from them, they should be investigated by authorities for this behaviour.
Quality problems with Geo 3
We have a Geo 3. The front wheels are terrible quality. The wheel bearings of the initial pair basically fell apart after half a year of normal use. I then got them replaced. Now I’m having the exact same problem with the new ones. I got in contact with customer service, and was asked to provide photos. That is fair, but I have now been waiting for weeks for a reply on my last message. So been soon two months with a stroller I can’t use.
Poor customer service and Joolz Hub2
It’s as though no one works at customer service. Why is it so difficult to get a reply?
Bought a Joolz Hub 2 and have not been satisfied with it. Does not fold with one hand. I have a crying baby in the car while I am struggling to close the chassis to load my boot. Have only used the stroller several times in 3 months of my baby’s life and it’s causing me stress going out alone. There have also been some safety concerns with the difficulty on some occasions with the actual seat clicking into the chassis.
I have watched videos and it’s not just a me issue, even my husband is struggling with it.
Just thought it would be so much more convenient than it has been so far and as first time mum, it makes me so upset that I spent as much as I did on this whole travel system and it’s not at all what I hoped for. I was raving about how great Joolz sounded when I was researching and pregnant, but I’m totally put off now even more so by the fact I am not getting the support I thought I’d get! What good is this warranty when I can’t use it. And what good is this stroller if it’s already dysfunctional 3 months in! I have since awaiting my reply discovered the Joolz Hub2 has been discontinued and wonder if this has anything to do with this whole problem.
I have sent emails and videos. Hoping to finally get somewhere as I am at such a loss.
Replacement items
Originally I was getting really frustrated trying to find replacement items as it was either out of stock or no longer existed. I have the joolz AER+ which I've had for a year, wanted to refresh my joolz but was finding it very difficult to find spare parts, spoke to Constanta over the phone who quickly help find all items needed which was then shipped to me very quickly. Constanta went above and beyond with helping source item.

Ridiculous you have to wait 3 months for a product that you would only need to buy for urgent need. Not available anywhere but on their website is such a flaw too. How can I transport my child if I can’t use my pram for 3 months. Awful service

Took money, no delivery and no response
Bought pram and extra bassinet attachment but it did not come with any sheets. Seemed a little stingy considering the price but fine, ordered two sheets 15/12/25 which stated in stock, delivery within 5 working days. Got confirmation and then nothing arrived. Emailed twice chasing this and received no response at all. My baby has now arrived and I have had to improvise sheets for the pram because they have not bothered sending them. Thanks for nothing.

Great products and top Customer Service
We are extremely happy with our Joolz Day stroller and the Aer buggy – they not only look great, but the quality is excellent as well. After several years of use (with our second child), we actually had a warranty case with the Aer buggy, and the 10‑year warranty was honored. It’s really great when you can rely on customer service. Lightweight but too many extra hidden costs for full extras
Good for carrying because it is lightweight but just a rip off long term because standard items like a bumper bar needs to be bought separately. I bought a joolz aer and bassinet. The bumper bar of the bassinet doesn't even match the aer stroller so you have to buy that extra. It's like the apple of strollers, they make nothing compatible so they can charge you for every extra little thing.
This is not to mention that the wheels keep getting stuck if the terrain is not smooth and the brake keeps getting on.
Practical for carrying but that's really the only perk.
Terrible experience...buy a YOYO
Terrible experience. The entire chassis broke after 5 months and they refused to replace. After contacting customer support multiple times I have managed to get replaced chassis. However after 3 weeks this has still not arrived and no confirmation as to when it will even be shipped. Many other pram brands such as Graco, Choco or YOYO offer complete replacement if the product breaks. I would recommend going with another company.
Non existent customer service
Our Joolz pram has broken and I have emailed joolz multiple times to discuss our warranty and I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them. I’ve even tried ringing their number despite it being international and couldn’t get through. This pram is our only source of transporting our baby so I honestly don’t know what to do. I literally choose Joolz over other brands because of their 10 year warranty and now feel like I’ve been conned as there is literally zero way to get through to them

I ordered a backpack for my baby on the 27. 11 .25, received a message that I will receive my item at the beginning of December waited to receive item to be delivered only to receive another email days later to be told the item will be available on the 21st of January 2026. This does not sound reliable as I need to use this bag now.
