This airline is a disgrace. I’ve traveled with budget airlines before, but none compare to how bad this one is. The airplane is literally falling apart, and the flight attendants are rude. But worst of all, we didn’t receive our luggage upon arrival at the destination. It’s been a week now, and there’s still no sign of it.
