We went to Jordans flooring Wimbledon branch, following a recommendation and were extremely happy with their service.

As we were very unsure of what style of flooring we wanted, we ended up making several visits to the showroom and each time we went, we were treated with respect, friendliness, politeness and professionalism. They always welcomed us and helped us out and we couldn't be more happier with their service from start to end. We have even gone back for more flooring for other rooms!

We asked lots of questions and even changed our minds half way through, but each time we were treated exceptionally well by ALL staff at the Wimbledon branch particularly, Wayne and Lee who were always happy to assist us!

We cannot fault the team who even assisted us when our builders were giving us a difficult time.

We would definately recommend Jordans flooring. Many thanks to the whole team at Wimbledon, particularly Wayne & Lee. Keep up the good work & thank you guys.

I have fitted many different laminate floorings and this company provide a top quality laminate flooring at a competitive price. The flooring arrived on time and the delivery man was very helpful. This product is easy to fit and has a high quality finish. It looks fantastic once laid, so much so that we ordered extra laminate to extend the area that we were covering.
I will be recommending this flooring and company to anyone that is having new flooring in their property. We will be ordering more flooring in the future.
All In all a very pleasant experience.

We had excellent advice and service from Lee at Wimbledon Branch and a two day delivery slot. Delivery was promised before 9 am but was rescheduled for after 2pm which was fine. However, the driver made no effort to help my builder unload or carry the wood flooring and was offhand, on his phone. I had 4 deliveries that day and he was the only driver who didn't help yet this was the only company that charged for delivery (£40) and the one I had spent the most money with (almost 2 grand).

Excellent service from both Stefan in the Wimbledon shop who helped us choose the wood and from Gary and his team who fitted the flooring. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, I would definitely recommend Jordans!

Went in to buy a simple £17 stair nosing off the shelf. Was made to wait for ages by staff. Eventually managed to buy one and left and then got a £100 parking ticket in the post from the company’s contractors a week later.
Company now don’t reply to emails.

I am very pleased with my floors baught from jordans. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and on time. George is not only a good sales person but after sales customer service from him has been very impressive . Throughout he has gone out of his way to accomodate our requirements. I would highly recommend george and jordans.

Visited the store on the Wandsworth bridge road as I was interested in Laminate flooring spoke to George and after a really relaxing non sales conversation I saw the benefits in engineered wood and opted for that. Also they have a carpet company in the same unit and i also purchased my bedroom carpets from the guy there Peter too, would recommend this place to everyone. Now both floors are down I am really happy and all my guests comment on the wood floor I have.

I went with Jordans through recommendation as a friend had bought from them last year. I popped in to the Fulham branch, had a great chat with the guy there and found a couple of options. They sent samples out and we decided to go for a Bespoke colour option which looks stunning. Jordans supplied the fitters as well who did a first class job. Fair play to them, the service was great from start to finish and we are loving the look of our wood flooring!!!!

I have to say we have excellent shopping experiences with this company.
We went to the store. As soon as we arrived the shop assistant named John walked us around and answered our questions regarding the floor. He was very polite and professional. We knew what we wanted and he clearly accepted our choice.

We ordered a floor. Since it is a bespoke made floor we had to wait for 4 weeks.
After this time John contacted us and we arranged the delivery.

When the delivery arrived two men crew brought packet by packet to my living room and gently put it one on the top of the other one.
My husband installed floor and it is amazing. I can only recommend this store to everybody.
So for me it is excellent service, great experiences and floor is outstanding great quality and colour. Exactly what we wanted.

Wow so incredibly rude to me on the phone. Charming at purchase but no customer service skills whatsoever. Was given a slot for delivery, when the driver arrived late he said "no-one told me what time I had to deliver it by". When I rang them to complain about confusing messages and the guy was seriously rude and abrupt I said "you're being quite rude to me" his response was "you're being rude to me, you've got your delivery, I don't know what you want me to do" and eventually hung up on me. Wow, the basics of customer service just fail these guys I'm afraid. Avoid!

Bought beautiful walnut flooring from Jordans Wood Flooring in Wimbledon. The sales team were really knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
