JOR property did an amazing job fixing a leak from an upstairs property that affected my property. Richard the surveyor was very knowledgeable, joined by an excellent plumber, they fixed the leaking pipe. A joiner was sent very quickly to seal the ceiling. Then a decorator came and painted the whole room. To say I am pleased with all the work they have done is an understatement. I would highly recommend JOR property and will most definitely contact them again if I need help with property matters.

Kind guys came in to finish off a job for my late father but I had noticed a real smell of cannabis did ask for someone to follow this up, bill was good value paid straight in full, may use again for my next build. Liked the painter guy.

It's such a relief to discover a trustworthy company which can deal with all kinds of repairs, maintenance, and home and property improvements. I therefore myself have as a result been back to JOR Property on a repeated basis for other separate work I also needed carried out. Not only has this company reliably got the job done on each occasion I have used them, but actually the work has commonly actually gone above my expectations, and certainly that of the 'bare minimum' as unfortunately I have on occasion experienced with other local contractors within the Aberdeen area.
