Delivered over 3 hours late. Cancelled the job numerous times. Changed the cost of the delivery several times and added additional vat over and over whilst also damaging my items. When speaking to the owners you realise why everything is ran poorly. No manners. Extremely aggressive and rude, had both Melissa and ‘Spud’ shouting at me down the phone absolute grief because I said I wanted to pay on completion of the job not half way. They bully you into paying cash so they can avoid declaring and paying additional fees. If you don’t they threaten to keep your item as they state it’s their property till you pay (prior to even completing the job). Would not recommend.

Everyone was amazing from start to finish! They made the process a lot less stressful in the run up to moving day and could not have been anymore helpful if they tried on the day.

Extremely friendly and helpful service both from the office team and from Jack and Kevin who did our removal today. They couldn't have been better.

Absolutely brilliant Removals company. They put our minds at rest from our first conversation with them. They were friendly, efficient, professional, reliable and absolutely recommended 100%. Special shout out to Jack and Andy who were soooo good and just kept smiling all day long! Jorvik are the best!
