Great customer service and quality product

The luxury look and efficiency of the design, especially being able to keep colours separated, actually makes me more motivated to do the laundry :)

I did had an issue with a laundry basket that arrived with stains, which was disappointing at first. But Annalise from customer service responded quickly, showed understanding, and arranged a replacement without any hassle!

Overall, I’m very satisfied with how the issue was resolved and the level of customer service provided. Thank you for turning this into a positive experience.

Don't order the Ultra Mop

Order the new Ultra Mop, has issues leaking down the sides and inside the mop spray area itself, CS just said they need product teams to review it, it's brand new! clearly there is an issue with the mops

Missing order, no response from Joseph and Joseph

I received a notification that my order had been delivered to a neighbor and that I should look for a delivery card in my post box. The package can’t be found, and no card was left. It’s impossible to get a hold of Joseph and Joseph. I’ve left several messages through their website and their chat system no one ever responds. There’s no usable information on how to get a hold of the delivery company. This is my first and last time I will ever order anything from Joseph and Joseph. If you look through the other reviews, it seems like a consistent problem of not being able to receive help if you have a problem with delivery or your order.

NO SPARE PARTS

I have a Joseph Joseph kitchen drainage rack, which is rusting away. I asked if I could buy a replacement rack.

Apparently I can't.

So I'm stuck with a rusting drainage rack on an £80 product.

Apparently the rust is wear and tear and according to a spokesperson, if I'd wanted to avoid it, I should have wiped it down with a dry cloth after use or hung it out to dry.

hmmm.

We understand your concern regarding the rack and your request for a replacement. As previously explained when you contacted our team, the condition described is considered wear and tear rather than a manufacturing defect, and therefore falls outside of our replacement policy. In addition, we simply do not supply the rack as a spare part.

We do appreciate that this may be disappointing. While we are currently unable to provide this specific part, we do recognise the value in offering replacement parts for certain products, and this is something we will be working on going forward.

The service and quality I had hoped for :)

I have bought many things of the years
I love the look and the quality of the items I had a problem with an item I bought years ago and contacted them via them website, they got back to me really quick and resolved my issue even quicker than I could have hoped for.
I will continue to buy their products for my family and will continue to buy them as gifts for my friends and family as I absolutely love this brand x

10-year guarantee actually works — outstanding support from Kokila

We bought one of their premium bins two years ago — and it exceeded every expectation. The quality was even better in person than in the photos. We loved it and used it daily without a second thought.
Then disaster struck — the pedal mechanism broke. We were gutted. We started looking for alternatives but honestly couldn’t find anything that compared, and were almost ready to just buy a replacement at full price.
That’s when we spotted the 10-year guarantee on their website. We decided to reach out, even though we no longer had the receipt — just a bank transaction as proof. Honestly, we weren’t expecting much.
But Kokila from the support team was absolutely incredible. She handled everything efficiently, took our bank transaction as valid proof, and arranged a discount coupon so we could get a new bin. The whole thing was resolved in just a few days.
We have several Joseph Joseph products at home and we’re not switching to anything else. Kokila — you’re the best. Highly recommend this company to everyone.

Great products and customer service

Jospeh Joseph products are great quality and I have many of their items. Recently, I had a problems develop soon after purchase - the team were very supportive and issued a replacement soon after I reached out to customer service. (A big shout out to Ruth who was understanding, supportive, and a great communicator!)

Very positive after-sales experience. Kokila handled the situation quickly and efficiently, resolving the issue within 48 hours.
I had received a defective item and the company showed great professionalism in addressing and resolving the problem.
Excellent customer service: fast, responsive, and truly focused on customer satisfaction.

Amazing customer service

I have brought many items from Joseph Joseph , including my totem recycling bin which recently the opening button broke , I spoke to George who very quickly arranged a replacement with next day delivery and was very sympathetic and apologetic , thank you very much . He also responded to my emails within a matter of minutes I was truly amazed with how simple and fast the process was for my replacement .

Defective Cutting Board – Immediate Resolution Required

Hi,

I recently purchased a wood folio cutting board from you for approximately R3,400, and I am extremely concerned with the quality of the product received.

The board is visibly rough, poorly finished, and the wood is splintering. This is not just a cosmetic issue — it presents a serious food safety risk, as wood fragments can easily contaminate food during use.

For a premium product at this price point, I would expect a properly sanded, sealed, and food-safe finish. This product is clearly not fit for purpose and does not meet acceptable quality standards.

I require an immediate resolution to this matter. Please advise whether you will arrange a full refund or a replacement with a properly finished, defect-free board.

I am happy to provide images if required, although the issue is very clear.

what a disgusting service and product - once again another company with fancy exterior and zero quality .

We would like to advise that bamboo is a natural, fibrous material made from compressed strands rather than a single solid piece of wood. With regular use and washing, some fibres can occasionally lift slightly, which can feel like splintering. While this can be a natural characteristic, we understand your concerns and expectations for a premium product.

To help maintain the surface, light sanding and regular application of food-safe mineral oil can help keep the board smooth, alongside hand washing and avoiding soaking. That said, we’d really appreciate the opportunity to resolve this for you as we are committed to providing exceptional customer service for all of our customers.
