excellent item and delivery !!

Item that I have had from Jouellerie is really classy, my wife wears the bracelet to work and has had many complimentary comments. Asked all the time where she obtained it !!
The delivery is also excellent.

I contacted customer services about something that was on offer and I received a speedy response and they gave me an answer which was easy to understand and it wasn't like you're talking to a machine lolnas they interacted as a person

I contacted customer services about…an item that was on offer to see if it was sterling silver and they replied instantly and told me it wasn't and that it was plated they didn't avoid the question and they were truthful which gives a me confidence to use their site for items in the future!

Lovely and very sparkly

Lovely sparkly earrings and bracelet set. It would look much more classy if it comes in a jewelry box rather than a draw string bag

Although service was quick, the bracelet I bought was supposed to be worth £20 which it clearly was not. I feel dupped.
