Rosaline from the customer service team was excellent. She was clear and efficient and fully resolved my query. Yesterday, I placed two orders and cancelled the first. However today, I received an email to say that both orders were out for delivery despite me cancelling one of them. Rosaline ensured that my cancelled order would be returned without a fuss, organising collection for my incorrect order and refunding me for the shipping cost. Very grateful for her clear communication and assistance. I am satisfied with the service I received from this employee. Thank you

I ordered an item from joules and then received a few days later that the item had been delivered. There was no trace of the item delivered at the date and time stated. I went into the message to see that it had been delivered and left in my porch… I don’t have a porch. Then I looked at the photo of delivery. Well that was the inside of a van. I contacted Jody at joules.
She answered straightaway no queue. I explained the problem. She confirmed that they had been sent a message by EVRI ark say it has been delivered. She confirmed that the photo sent by EVRI was in the inside of the van. She apologised and offered to re order the item. As a gesture of goodwill and apology she refunded me the postage. She was truly professional, effective and definitely efficient….. Thank you Jody

I had some issues with Evri delivering my package and they took ages to respond. However, Joules responded and resolved the issue right away! Naomi, the live advisor who helped me, was lovely and made sure my package would be delivered without any additional charge. Would definitely recommend, and they have beautiful clothing!

I bought a half zip sweatshirt for my daughter and the first time I washed it it shrank. It was washed at 30 degrees as per the care label and line dried.
Have checked but the top is no longer available.
Very disappointed and not very impressed.
