I had to phone Joules today with a query regarding my delivery. I rang the number, got straight through and within no time I was talking to Jody who was courteous and efficient, solving my problem within a few minutes. It made such a pleasant change from the poor service so often received nowadays. A big ‘Thank You’ to Jody.

Very disappointing customer experience and support with Joules. Very surprised that this once amazing brand does not put their customers first. Such a shame!!

Email received - pointless reaching out unless there is a solution. Your message trying to resolve is clearly just so others can see it and think you are being helpful. Your team are not and for the Joules brand that is less than ideal. I hope your customer service and experience team get some training before you wonder why you sustain customer losses!

Phoned joules about a coat for a Christmas present it had been out of stock at the time.excellent service problem resolved in a few minutes by Jada who refunded my delivery charge and reordered the coat to be delivered Monday.great service.

I had ordered a Joules jacket (because the store didn't stock the colour I wanted) and I requested to have it delivered to my local Next store. I didn't receive any notification that my order had arrived so I phoned Joules the following day and spoke to a lady called Jody and she found out that there had been a typo when the order was placed in store. She was very helpful and assured me that it had been delivered to my local store and was ready to be collected.

When my collection hadn't been made I called Jody and she assured me that if it wasn't collected by 8pm it would be collected the following day, which is what happened. She also followed up with and email having checked herself that the items were collected. It was refreshing to have such a confident and knowledgable customer service member who genuinely cared about my query and closed it out promptly. I did find it difficult to locate the original collection request in my inbox because the email was a DONOTREPLY one and therefore I made a second request which I probably didn't need to.

Contacted customer services today with a problem with an order I placed. Was super happy I got someone in the UK ( overseas call centres and customer services can be such a nightmare ) Carl who answered was polite and really helpful and resolved my problem swiftly and to my satisfaction.
